Fantastic experience: I live in NC and am the executor of my aunt's estate in KY. Being 9 hours away made it hard to meet with realtors, take care of things on the farm, etc. We researched and talked to a few realtors we thought might be good. Tammy was willing to meet with us in person on Black Friday, in between having company at her house. Not expected, but essential since we are not in town. Tammy blew us away with her professionalism and resources she has behind her to help us with an Estate Sale, Keep the property looking nice for a year while we worked through everything, suggesting the best time of year to sell the property, and then very quickly getting us an offer over our asking price. In a matter of days. When i say Tammy helped us with the Estate sale, she and her team spent weeks going through boxes of things and displaying them, putting them on the web, etc. Also getting house cleaned up. In our case, we needed to go out of the area to find the right buyer, and Tammy was able to do that. While we have not met the new owners, they are exactly the type of people my aunt would have loved to have living there. Tammy's professionalism to do everything right, her perseverance, her resources, her availability 24/7 and the fact that she coached us up on price and recommended we do some things to get there are over the top and a rare find in any community. If you truly want the best, you want Tammy and Southern Realty. Tammy was able to do everything remotely since we lived in NC and could not get to KY very often. It is very easy to work with Tammy and Southern Realty, no matter how busy or where you are located.

Fantastic experience: I live in Tennessee and own a house in Kentucky. Needed a realtor and decided to go with Liza Tucker. Best decision I've made by far. Being out of state is scary when you have your home on the market. Liza was amazing. Kept in touch with me on everything that was going on. And our house sold within two days. Best realtor ever. I can’t say enough good things about Southern Nest realty and Debbie, the agent we worked with. Not only did we sell the property in a matter of weeks, but we also sold it at our asking price. Everyone we worked with at Southern Nest from listing to closing was professional, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. If you are looking for a real estate agency to work with, stop looking. I would definitely give Southern Nest a call.

Negative experience: We are from Michigan I spoke with agent Elaine Rowlett and told her we were interested in one of her listings in Kentucky the home listed at 299,000 we drove a 16 hour round trip before she informed of through her husband because she didn’t bother to show up that the home had a horrible home inspection which included termite infestation foundation issues and mold she also left out the fact the home had sold six years previous with absolutely no updates or repairs the appliances didn’t work and a laundry list of health and safety violations in a 55 page report for a home that sold for 32,000. When I told her we were declining to make an offer she argued the selling price from 2015 and was unapologetic and rude for wasting our time. I would avoid this woman at all cost!!!! And if she responds or anyone wants to see the report I will gladly post it
