In our search for a home here we outlined the key factors which would begin to bracket our search. Ann was extremely helpful and a great communicator. In a few weeks focused on a house that had almost all of what we wanted, and we began the process to make an offer. However, just prior to submitting it we decided the location was a little outside of our preference. Thus, we canceled any further on that one. Ann was in the process of formulating the offer when we told her to cancel any further on that house. Ann took it in stride and immediately continued searching for another house for us. I was extremely impressed how rapidly she changed course for us and began another search pattern to get us exactly in the range and type location. Eventually, we found the place that met our needs and Ann quickly responded and the process went well. Additionally, as we were not making the move immediately after settlement, I requested Ann to monitor the house and give us suggestions on services such as grass cutting etc. until we arrived. Ann has continued to be a great asset as we settled into the home and need various services which she gave us based on her personal knowledge which really helped smooth the transition in many ways. Fantastic experience: My family and I cannot recommend Ann Morgan highly enough. We spent a lot of time shopping for a home in Stillwater by using online sources. We lived 250 miles away. Getting to Stillwater to actually look at homes in person was not easy. Ann met us at a home we thought we really wanted. I knew within about three minutes that this home was not for us. It had too many problems to overlook or to consider remodeling. Some realtors might attempt to talk you into buying property that is just not right for what you need; not Ann. She knew this home wasn’t right. We simply went on to two other homes. Again, I had concerns about these homes. Ann agreed to keep us in mind and let us know about future possibilities. She actually did that, too. She was always easy to communicate with. She has a straight forward style when conducting business. Eventually, another home appeared on the market. We were in town to look at it the next morning. We had to move quickly as the Stillwater housing market was hot. Homes were under contract quickly. Ann arranged her schedule so she could meet us as soon as we got to Stillwater. We looked at the home and really liked it. There was another family waiting on the street with their realtor as we finished looking at this home. Ann drew up an offer. We had an agreement with the seller that afternoon. Ann did a lot for us to make this happen. Ann met with the home inspector and stayed with him until he completed his work. She met with another contractor and got a bid on our behalf as there was a minor change we wanted to make. Ann was easy to contact for a few questions in the days between our offer and closing. She was never too busy or made me feel as if I was a bother. Ann’s knowledgeable, diligent and very sharp! She knows so many people in the housing world. Ann Morgan will get our business in Stillwater from now on.
