Negative experience: Stay clear of this Realtor! I would honestly give this woman and her team a zero if it were permitted. If you desire good customer service, honesty and integrity, stay clear of this Realtor. Rather than show listings herself, she sends her totally unprepared minions to do open houses. She doesn’t follow up after open houses, especially when the minions are a total embarrassment to her firm. She dupes people into thinking she is trust worthy and hones, but lists properties 20%-30% HIGHER than anything near fair market value to suck clients into listing with her firm. It’s unconscionable, deceitful and wrong. While attempting to purchase a property that I was renting, this delusional sociopath, who had no knowledge of anything related to this purchase, called the owner the owner of the property to lie to them and she wasn’t even involved in this transaction!!!! Let that sink in! A complaint is being filed with the Florida Board of Realtor on this as well... One more time, if you desire good customer service, honesty and integrity, stay clear of this Realtor!

She utilizes progressive marketing techniques, including targeted email outreach to a database of well over 2,000, strategic listing postings throughout high-traffic websites, direct mail, and more to spread the word about each property she represents. My house got a full price offer within two months of its listing! While I did not chose to sell at the time due to personal reasons, I would 100% use Angie again to sell and purchase my next home.
