Fantastic experience: Buy your home with Reanna Southard!!! I seriously cannot recommend Reanna enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I had SO many questions and was nervous to start the process, but Reanna made everything feel so comfortable from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain every step, making sure I felt confident in every decision. She went out of her way to come to me, and when there was a house I showed interest in, she made sure to get me in to see it! Reanna truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home and always had my best interest at heart. She is honest, responsive, and so supportive! I could not recommend her more. She showed me that the home-buying process isn’t so scary after all :)

Negative experience: Kevin M was the sellers realtor in the home I purchased. He was very unprofessional at every turn and had the audacity to tell my realtor she would fail as a real estate agent. There’s more I could say but I won’t.

Negative experience: Came by just trying to catch a Pokémon, walked over from CVS to reach a dynamax, and some self important goober came out and told me to leave; that I was trespassing. Wet blanket, 0/10, do not recommend.

Positive experience: Professional 30 second phone call informing me that all properties managed were occupied and would be for some time. When asking the employee on the phone if anything in the future would be open for new tenants was told not for 6 months or longer. Busy place renting overpriced dumps in a dying town.

You definitely can tell with her 14 years of being a realtor that she has a lot of knowledge about her profession. And she gives it her all to assist her clients. She is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family needing assistance with buying or selling a home.

Negative experience: While on the website trying to answer my own question. I was being questioned through the chat feature. The person on the other end of the chat feature wouldn't answer my 1 question. Yet bombarded me with questions of her own. Making difficult to try to find the answer myself. Which was just to ask if a certain property was still for sale, or if it was already pending. Which happens frequently in said area. I do NOT want contacted by anyone from Carpenter about this.

Fantastic experience: My realtor was Jalon Johnson. As a first time home buyer, I tried to prepare myself for what to expect and the process when it comes to buying a home.Jalon was always helpful,knowledgeable and never made me feel as if I was asking too many questions, or the wrong questions. I can honestly say it was a good experience and I would truly use his services for my next home buying experience.
