Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Maranda Gillespie with Epic Homes. We started our search the first week of June, and we were in our new home by the first week of August! Fantastic experience: Jack Schroeder was an absolutely exceptional agent! From the beginning, it was an easy decision to choose him to list our home. He was very knowledgable about the market, pricing, how to best represent the features of our home, and knew so much about the area and our subdivision. Always professional, courteous, and wise in the real estate field, we couldn't have been more thankful for choosing him. Upon an accepted offer (over asking price) and after our inspection, Jack had many connections to professionals in various trades that assisted us in complying with code updates and correcting issues. Without these connections, the work would not have been completed in time and likely the sale cancelled by the buyers. His guidance, connections, and knowledge in the field made our sale happen and I don't believe that any agent could have done a better job. In fact, I don't think the sale would have closed with any other agent. That's how exceptional he is and the experience was for us. We are so grateful for all he did. Fantastic experience: My sister and I hired Doug based on the recommendation of our lawyer so this review is done solely based on our wonderful experience with him. We had no prior connection to Doug I have trouble coming up with enough superlatives to describe the tremendous experience we had with Doug handling the sale of our sisters house. To say he went above and beyond is putting it mildly. He was responsive, professional and knowledgeable about the best way to handle our affairs. This sale was done remotely because we do not live in the state of Ohio so Doug helped clean out 50 years of accumulated garbage which took many hours. He had two garage sales to sell any items of value and promptly gave us the proceeds. Our house needed painting so Doug hired a good painter at reasonable expense. We received offers that were well above appraised value and could not have been happier. And to top it off, Doug is a very personable guy. Hard not to like this guy. If we would of looked in Florida and he was able to sell to us in Florida he would have drove there and found what we were looking for there as well. Doug is very knowledgeable with all houses as well and letting us know if we would be wasting our time because it wouldn’t pass inspection or he’d let us know our options if we’re wanting to try anyways. Doug acts as family as well he was great with my kids and even brought Tim bits for them when we had an early inspection and was great understanding us running our around with ours kids schedules while trying to look for houses. Doug was a great blessing to us and we would have never found our home without him and his hard work, dedication, and knowledgeable background!
