Fantastic experience: We worked with Katie from out-of-state, referred by a friend. Katie is the most hard working realtor we have ever worked with! We listed two pieces of property for sale and she was able to get them both sold for us. She is not afraid to let you know her opinion or concerns on your behalf, which is so necessary when you're not close by and feeling a bit "blind". The first property sold and closed with no problems. The second piece was not as simple, Katie did her job very well, however the title company created chaos for us due to the fact that we own a trust.
