Everytime I called or sent her a quick text she was on top of it. As a first time homebuyer she was patient with me when explaining terms like Escrow, PMI, and Earnest Money. Searching for a place was incredibly simple. She would send me recommendations through an app or I could text her an address I was interested in seeing. Any documents needing to be signed only took a few taps. Way better than Scanning/faxing/copying and everything else. Once we found the right home, she submitted an offer on our behalf same day, and made sure I understood what steps I needed to take afterward.
