Negative experience: Robert called me today concerning a house I was looking at and talk to me so nasty. Accusing me of different things . I don’t know this man and yes Thomson is a small place . But to talk to a customer like that is ridiculous. I’m in contact with the owner . I’m not sure who he think he can speak to like that . Never do business with them .

Fantastic experience: Wow! I'm speechless right now. I have been a tenant of Watson and Knox for over 5yrs. Never had a problem. Every issue was addressed and resolved. Maintenance was on point. The staff in the office always nice, polite, and professional. It saddens me that I will no longer be under Watson and Knox's management anymore. Whomever is taking over have some big shoes to fulfill.

Fantastic experience: Robert is a very understanding guy and very professional. He also cares about his tenants. He helped me in a hardship situation, and I am forever grateful. Also, the maintenance and communication level is excellent. If there is a problem, it will be fixed the day of or the next day. I would rent again from Robert and Watson & Knox any day! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a military member, owning a house and getting it rented out can bring some stress and worry along with the military life. Watson and Knox took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. All the stress went away and they kept me updated about everything. I highly suggest them for your property management needs.

Negative experience: If you are in a bind and need some place to live, then the price is good. Management is lackluster. Even though we kept the house clean and they sent a monthly bug spray, there were roaches and bugs. We even bombed the house ourselves several times.

Positive experience: The staff is friendly and helpful however the online tenant portal isn't the easiest to maneuver when trying to contact maintenance because quite a few of the properties aren't necessarily in the best living condition in my opinion. Their qualifications also make it a bit difficult for MOST people looking to get their first place on their own.

Negative experience: I was kicked out of the house I lived in for 6 years by Ga Power due to faulty wiring and they will not Rent to me.. Says my credit score is too low( due to identity theft, I just found out about) & work on this job not long enough... I have lived in Thomson since 1968 and they will not help me..... I will not pay for an application fee that is going to be TURNED DOWN.... I was told that I would be turned down due to my credit score (low due to identity theft).. And new job.... So No I am not filing an application to be turned down as I have said

Negative experience: If you have bad or not real good credit due to something out of your control, it does not matter to them. They will not even try to help or ask what's wrong.. I don't think they want to rent their units as bad as they say they do.

Negative experience: Worst Landlord EVER!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! You will thank me later. Everything is skyrocketed & STILL OLD as in 1970s OLD, with not a single REMODEL or paint. NOTHING!!!! I hate to speak negatively about them, but it’s the TRUTH. Ask ANY tenant they will tell you. It’s ridiculous & not worth your time or money.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about my experience thus far! They have maintained and managed my bundled insurance accounts for the past few years now and I have never once had an issue. If I need something, they are super responsive and very concise. When I had to file an auto claim, it was smooth and easy - no hassles! When I've asked to shop rates, requested a document, or asked a question, I cant say that I have ever waited more than 24 hours for a response!!! John is my agent and he is the absolute best!

Positive experience: Initially Watson and Knox were all around awesome! I'd give 6 stars if I could. Honestly, they ARE JUST THAT GOOD. Specific reasons that were out of our or W&K's control led us to move before our lease was up. Not a problem. Unfortunately our newest residence has been UNNECESSARILY problematic SINCE we got here LAST SUMMER. The ONLY piece of *advice I have for futrue tenants is:: MAKE SURE WATSON AND KNOX OWN THE PROPERTY YOU ARE RENTING, 100% CONTROL. Again, to experience a 5 star experience with them, THEY MUST OWN THE PROPERTY!!!!! We didn't know until too late, however, if I can help somebody, it will be worth it. Otherwise, they have great listings.
