Fantastic experience: We cannot thank The Rapier Real Estate Group, and most especially, Ethan Rapier, for helping us sell our mom’s home! We contacted Ethan as soon as we knew we were moving Mom to a senior living facility. He came out, did a thorough walk-thru in and around the property, and sat down with us to discuss our goals as sellers. He listened actively and with empathy as we talked about the challenges of cleaning out a home filled with so many memories….and so many things! Ethan suggested a couple of simple and inexpensive things we could do in an effort to help us get the asking price we were looking for. He provided clear and honest answers and even referred us to someone who helped us get the work completed quickly. Our mom’s house sold for the full asking price in just 5 days. We have no doubt that this is due to Ethan’s genuine desire to be the best. He has a tremendous knowledge of property values and the current market. It was clear from the first time he entered the house that he had done his research because he already understood the different nuances and dynamics of our small, lake community. Fantastic experience: My first impression of Ethan was really good. I feel I’m a good judge of character. Man a live was I right about him. If there was a rock star rating, he gets it hands down. We needed to sell pretty quickly and we were only on the market for a week. Although the first deal fell through at the last minute, it went back under pending status within just a couple of days. I've read horror stories online of agents who try to pressure you into waiving contingencies you don't really want to, or push you to bid way too high to increase their pay. Never for a moment did Ethan make me feel like that. He worked crazy hours and was available on a moment's notice to see properties hours after they came online (or even before they did!) - and the one time he wasn't available, he sent another agent to make sure we never missed an opportunity. Thanks to him I bought a house in April that I love and didn't overpay for - in this market? Kind of unbelievable. I'll always be grateful that he helped me find a place in just about a month... with rates rising, having someone fast that I could trust completely probably saved me thousands in interest. This man is fantastic at what he does, and I can't recommend him enough.
