Century 21 Best Realty, Inc.

Negative experience: I sold my house/ranch through these people. In the paperwork I was under obligation to reforest the property as I had logged in 3 years before selling, and it was zoned as forest.... So the century 21 agent got a quote and so did I. My quote was for 7k. The agents quote was for 20k. They told me that if I went with their quote, after the reforestation, I would receive whatever was left. So they did the job and everyone including century 21 has refused to take my calls or even call me back. Idk if they pocketed the money or the reforestation company, but the simple fact is that someone came up by $13,000 at my expense. And being that it's a small town, they cover each others butts so nobody is s held accountable for the things they do wrong. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend these people at all. Find a different real estate company!!!

Fantastic experience: Well, addendum to my last review. Chelsea Kahler never gave up and we completed our sale!! I didn't think it was going to happen, but with her confidant and determined attitude, she persisted and we completed our sale!! I can't even thank her enough for her assistance, her patience, compassion and knowledge to get this sale done!! Excellent realtor!!

He had a market analysis and all the information I could have wanted before I asked. He was quick to return phone calls, emails or texts. Gary is very thorough, very professional, kind and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Gary to Buy or Sell any real estate! I can't say thank you enough. He was beyond a 5 STAR rating!!

Negative experience: There's not enough space to write my entire experience. It was 3 and a half months of frustration and i will be contacting the board of realtors in regards to my realtor ethics and practices.

Positive experience: The agent we worked with was great. Melanee Woodman. She worked hard trying to find us a suitable home in our price range.

Fantastic experience: Chelsea Kahler is a wonderful agent to work with. Chelsea answered her phone on the first try and has answered her phone everytime we have spoken with her. If you have cell/phone connection problems she will respond via email or text pretty quickly as well. She set up our viewing within the same day we called, She made herself available when needed. Chelsea has answered all of our questions and has done her research on the property she is representing. From my experience, she has gone out of her way or at least offered to look into things she may not have the information on. I would ask to have her represent you. She is forthcoming about information and willing to help!

Fantastic experience: I work with Jeremy he is absolutely wonderful. I will be a six-star reviewer when he finds me a piece of land that I can put a mobile or a small house on hint hint. He always sends me an email with the current listings available and then it's up to me to get a hold of him on some that I might have an interest in. I like that it will make me go back to him in the future.

Fantastic experience: We met Trudy at an open house. We were in a panic because the realtor we were working with was a no-show. We had flown in from Las Vegas and had very little time to find a house. Trudy showed us around 20 houses in our price range and we were able to find one we liked. She is experienced, knows the area and gets the job done. Even after the sale she continued to be source of information about the area, businesses and people to contact. Don't know what we would have done without her.

Negative experience: We have been working Rose and her husband. She has been very helpful showing us houses and answering any questions she's able to answer. The building has a nice, inviting feeling when entering. Update Sep 6th 2018 Worst ever. Took days to get a response back. We had to go out of our way to find out what's going on with the house and loan. Seems after the initial paperwork was done, they were done with us. Will not use them again or recommend in the future.

Negative experience: My experience with Century 21 Best Realty, Inc. in Coos Bay OR is that I have been finagled and coerced by several of the agents and brokers, even the owner whom I've talked to there. I've been told one thing, by Shana Jo Armstrong--yes, she would try to market and sell my house at an agreeable price that would be satisfying to me AS HER CUSTOMER--AND THEN THERE'S BEEN A SIGNIFICANT BAIT AND SWITCH--whereby Ms. Armstrong began to schmooze with other realtors to discuss and lower the sale price on my home. Ms. Armstrong became unreasonable and quit on me after collecting over $5,000 in repair costs; repairs which only took one week of time. Thus I spent quite a bit on fixing up my home and then had the realtor try to reduce the price significantly. I talked with her principal broker and owner, both of whom absconded on further contact, leaving me out the expenditures I incurred and with no agent who'd try to market and sell my home. Thank you.
