Fantastic experience: My husband and I highly recommend Cathy & Kirt Kaempfer for anyone looking to buy in Western NC. They kept us informed as new properties hit the market, provided Facetime tours of properties that grabbed our attention (so that we could "tour" from Florida), scheduled and oversaw all needed inspections, and made sure that everything stayed on track throughout the process. In addition, they both went above and beyond in making sure that the deal closed smoothly; we never returned to WNC from FL once we went under contract, and we never thought twice about our long-distance closing. Fantastic experience: Wow! This was a great place. I imagine every house is unique and so they can't be compared, but the amenities here are incredible. From swimming/fishing/boating in several lakes, to waterfall hikes and relaxing to the fireflies. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and the views are great too.
