Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue! Back in January 2025 my family had an opportunity to move forward with a home purchase in McMinnville. After many visits to available properties that remained out of reach, we settled on a lovely older home that needed significant repairs- a true piece of McMinnville history and a diamond in the very rough. Stacy Martin got the process started, but Justin Smith took over our purchase and process. From coordinating inspections and communicating with us, Justin was there every step of the way! He gave solid guidance regarding all the details of both the purchase and the massive amount of information on the home inspection and potential repairs. He has years of experience for just this type of situation having been in construction earlier in his career.
