Negative experience: I spoke with Chris, who is allegedly the rental agent. He told me that I needed to fill out the rental application online. I did so and paid the $20.00 fee, all to be called by Chris that he didn’t have anything for rent. It is absurd that I should have to pay for them to tell me that they could not help me. I would never do business with Century 21, just based off this account with them. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

Negative experience: Lacy has been great in trying to help us find a home, attentive, helpful, honest, really has went out of her way. However unfortunately we had the great displeasure of meeting with Kristy this week. She was completely uninvolved, on her phone the entire time, lied about the property having disclosures, and then tried to send us a 2 bed 1 bath home after we repeatedly talked about how big our family was. She was rude inattentive and overall extremely dishonest. Itching to leave the entire time and seemed irritated to even be at the property, she could not answer basic questions about it. This woman should not be employed for C21. I messaged her back and told her “we are not interested in a 2 bedroom 1 bath 250000 dollar house when we told her how big of a family we had and thanks anyway” and she then responded “ Oh, I do apologize as I don't recall discussing your family size. However I will remove you from my text list as I don't work with buyers that are rude when someone was just trying to help.” To which I replied “ That was me being nice. That would be a great idea. I don't work with agents who stare at their phone the entire time we are looking at a property to the point they can't remember a family discussing their size multiple times. & lie about disclosures being unavailable. Stay shady! Good luck to you as well!”. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE KRISTY. Your right to lose our number we weren’t going to be contacting you again to begin with & in the future try not to get snotty to someone who was showing you grace after such an awful showing and complete disinterest in us and our family.

Fantastic experience: I was so greatful for the crew at Centry 21! Especially with my Realtor Ryan Melton! We drove from Walden Colorado to Missouri wanting to buy property! We got everything done in just 1 day of being in missouri! Looking at the property putting a down payment! Then he helped so much helping us finishing the process being out of the state. Ryan was on top of the whole process helping us every step of the way. From answering the smallest questions to helping me with numbers an information which I needed to verify! I could not be happier with the speediness of the whole transaction in acquiring our new land! If I ever buy property in Missouri again Ryan will be the first person I call! Fantastic experience: Julie Green, Greg Green and the entire team at McKeown & Associates were fantastic to work with. When we decided to sell our family home of 70 years, Julie came highly recommended by a local banker and it quickly became apparent why. She managed the entire sales process for us as remote sellers, she actively marketed the property and then proactively handled multiple unexpected issues that arose during the sales process. The condition of our older house and demands of the buyer’s lender led to some additional inspections and repairs. Julie managed these issues on our behalf, coordinated repairs and followed through on every detail until the work was done and the deal complete. I felt confident that Julie knew her real estate law and followed best practices in all of our dealings. When Mom, the owner of the house, passed away in the middle of the sale, Julie quickly guided we heirs through the paperwork needed to keep the sale moving and helped ease the closing process since we 7 kids were mostly remote. She is detail-oriented and very thorough. She and her team were very responsive, kept us apprised on a timely basis throughout the process (even when the news was not that great for her to deliver) and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Julie, Greg and McKeown & Associates when you are looking to sell or buy your next home.

At closing the entire staff at the McKeown office was professional yet made us feel like we have been friends for years!! Negative experience: Unbelievable how many messages you can leave for the property manager and not receive a phone call back after 2 days of just trying to get information, finally went in and she wasn’t there then the secretary proceeded to call me after I made it home to let me know she got the information I need and all I needed to do was fill out the paperwork drive all the way back make it there 5 minutes until closing when they called me 20 minutes until they closed telling me to head back up there only to be told our hours are from 8:30-5 head back up in the morning. What a joke.

Although our family members went through another agent during time of purchase, they did purchase the property that Debbie showed to us for them. Debbie has a heart for others and is willing to go above and beyond whatever the situation. She is professional yet very comforting and makes you feel like your her own family.
