Fantastic experience: Elizabeth Phillips spent many days showing me properties until we found the right one. She was so determined. It was a big mive for me so she wanted yo make sure I was happy. She is a gem. Met Daniel who owns company has gor many years. If you want a great company that knows the area, they are the ones to call for your new forever home, or vacation home.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Kristina Porter and couldn’t be happier with our home buying process! She made the entire process smooth, even when things got rough on our end she gave us lovely encouragement as if she had been a friend for years. Kind, extremely responsive, and super efficient Kristina is by far the best realtor we’ve used so far in our military careers! Highly recommend this company as they obviously hire the best.

Fantastic experience: Mistee Galloway went above and beyond in helping me purchase my new property. She is a true professional and was available for any questions I had through the entire process. Definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

Negative experience: Property Management is certainly not their forté with no follow-up. We were left in a mess that has no name with a tenant that had multiple problems and was not screened properly. Invalid agreements and the lack of recuperating fees from the tenant were all forgotten. Confrontation and communication had to constantly be solicited. There is a lack of professional ethics within the company. Do not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: Always have good BOGOs that I can stock up on and the customer service is wonderful.

Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My place had multiple issues, but his idea was to have his wife stage furniture to make a sale. Ridiculous! No contact at all when the contract ended. No nothing, and I had to pay someone to use a sawzall to get my keys out of the lock box left at my property! *** Fair warning: the rumors are true. Nasty habits costs big money and will cost more money when all that's done in the dark comes to light.

Fantastic experience: If anyone wants to sell or buy property in the Live Oak (North Florida), area, I highly recommend Rebecca Morgan. Rebecca worked with my elderly parents and myself (I live in south Florida) to sell their property this year. The whole process was a nightmare due to circumstances caused by various factors not caused by Rebecca and she was there every step of the way to assist any way she could. She is a professional and genuinely kind person that went above and beyond to sell my parent's property and they are truly grateful!

Negative experience: Worst nightmare most unprofessional experience. Don't know how Lisa Hicks ever got a license. I've bought and sold 6 properties in the last three yrs alone. Border on illegal.

Fantastic experience: We worked with realtor Kim McCall back when we bought our home 6 years ago (2015). We had a set criteria in mind for the house and she found us exactly what we wanted. When it came time to sell the same place, my husband and I agreed that Kim was the only realtor we wanted to work with. She has always been very helpful, guiding us every step of the way, and never pushy or opinionated. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Negative experience: Wanted me to list my home for 5k LESS than what it appraised for when I bought it!! Sold my home FSBO , no Realtor ..in 3 days for 75k more . I had tons of work and upgrades. Daniel Crapp advised me that all the extra upgrades wouldn't do anything to add value.... So, no..I dont recommend

Approachable, available, knowledge, could answer about any question we had. Definitely made us feel confident and comfortable, with deep roots to the area we love and want to set roots in. She went above and beyond to help us find and close, even rummaging through the woods with us to see the parcel lol. 5/5 WILL recommend her!

Negative experience: I always say what I mean n mean what I say. I had a simple question. It wasent answered So I made reservations at the local hotel. That's the 3rd piece I lost because of time n poor health. But I'm not one to be put on a list and when I bite.....pull. Guess no one ever taught em how to fish.

A hurricane was inbound, it was a holiday weekend and my time was running short. Laura took over and in one day I had that home in Lake City.
