Fantastic experience: We moved from out of state looking for a house. Ginny was super helpful in getting us around and reaching out wherever a house came up on the market. She's very responsive and has been living in the area the whole life, she knows everyone! She has great connections with inspectors (general, pest, roof, HVAC, plumbing). She knew the area so well that when we asked her for a asking price, she was honest and gave us potential scenarios to each price range. Any question we had on loan paperwork or; inspection sheet, she would helpful us understand what was being said. Once we got the house, she checked in on us during the first week to make sure we got everything set up and things were ok. We loved working with Ginny and hope that she can help us next time!
