Fantastic experience: I’m very cautious of realtors because I’ve had bad experiences. I’ve known Carlos for a long time, and I contacted him because I was looking for an investment property in the keys. Carlos’ partner Amy sent me a listing that turned out to be our dream home. I needed to get the home under contract and simultaneously sell my home. It was going to be a complicated and difficult task. I told Carlos that I was going to use the broker who farmed the area that my sale home was in. He convinced me that he would do a great job instead. That was an understatement. He had to coordinate with the realtor on the purchase commission to allow me the time to sell my home in a sellers’ market where contracts must be very favorable for the seller. He had to market and sell my property at top dollar in a very short period of time. When I saw the advertising he produced, I almost didn’t want to sell my home. He helped me get financing, deal with all of the emotions that occur on real estate deals from all sides of these transaction and did it all with a smile. If I could give him ten stars I would do so.
