Fantastic experience: As first time homebuyers my husband and I were very nervous, but Patrick made the entire process so easy and worth it. He explained everything so well and was extremely patient when we had questions (we had a lot of questions) and was always quick to respond. Every time we wanted to go see a house Patrick made it happen within 24-48 hours and every time he was honest about what needed fixing and such. He really came through after we chose a house though. He has so many useful connections that made the financing and inspection aspect of buying a house way less stressful. He is a great negotiator and will really fight for you and apply pressure to the seller in order to get you the best deal. He’s a great communicator and just overall an amazing realtor. You can really tell that he cares about his clients and will always keep your needs in mind. We really could not have asked for someone better to work with.

Fantastic experience: Patrick is an awesome guy and Real Estate Agent! He's is honest with you and genuinely cares about getting the right home for you and not just trying to make a sale. I had to put a pause on searching for a house for about a month and Patrick was not pushy whatsoever, he reaffirmed me that when I was ready we can pick up right where we left off! Many times we would look at a house and Patrick would see something and tell me "Hey this isn't right, let's keep looking". Finally I ended up with the perfect house for me and below budget.
