Fantastic experience: TLDR: Hire this man! Prior to my wife and I looking to purchase a home and relocate, Robert was able to seal the deal on a home and land purchase for my Aunt, Uncle and Father. Throughout our house hunting process Robert was very responsive, thorough and, most important to me, patient. Fantastic experience: My journey of buying my first home started in early October (‘22) when I got connected with Robert. Being a first time buyer, there was a lot of terminology that I was not familiar with and Robert helped explain those things and gave me general guidance through the process. He was very flexible with my schedule and many times we were able to schedule a viewing on the fly. Once I finally found a home I liked he was there to help negotiate the final price to which we came to an agreement with in February (‘23). After that he was there to help ensure all the pieces came together given there are so many parties involved during the closing process. He went over the inspection report thoroughly and did a final walkthrough of the home with us, but more importantly he has good knowledge of what is up to code and what is not. The day we signed the paperwork he was there with us. “He was the only one that showed up” and just made the process more comfortable for us. After we closed and everything was set, he did not just disappear, he still was there helping us with questions we had. During this whole process he was never pushy or upset when we would change plans, and he offered good advice and gave his opinion when I would ask. I would/will recommend Robert to anyone looking for property in the area.
