Fantastic experience: My husband and I were around 32 weeks pregnant when we HAD to sell our house to move states for his job. We needed to move fast and we needed some money to help with the expenses. Then we called Garrett and all of our problems were solved. Garrett was very professional and simultaneously such an easy person to talk to and understand. He sold our house for almost $20,000 more than two other realtors in the area, after they said there was no way we were getting more than a specific amount. Not to mention we had our offer two weeks and one day after we listed, when we expected at least a month before an offer came. He made the process effortless and stress free, and took the time to listen to what we needed when we sold our house. If we hadn't been moving outside of Garrett's licensing area, we would have 100% used him to buy our house as well. I have only great things to say about him!
