Fantastic experience: Cassie was great. Her confidence in her ability to sell my farm when we talked about listing it was followed up by an enormous amount of effort after it went on the market. She was very kind and professional, while also being honest and straightforward. I guess I would have liked her to sell it a little faster but she did sell it. Who knows why it took longer than the week I was anticipating. It could have been the market, or her, or maybe there was a very slight chance it was that I didn’t make the repairs she suggested fast enough. I guess we will never know. Anyhow, 10 out of 10 I recommend. Thank you Cassie!

Negative experience: Our experience with Johnny Melloan was not a good one. He didn't ensure that the list we left for the sellers was complete (nothing ended up being done on it). Melloan over-priced the house and didn't make the appropriate changes when we received the survey and appraisal. He promised to have one issue fixed, but wasn't going to honor that until I sent him paperwork of his promise. I wanted to look in a different community before making an offer, he manipulated the situation so we bought in the community he geared us toward. It was not a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Cassie helped us navigate through a difficult real estate transaction resulting from the death of our father. While we were just trying to process his death, we had no desire to begin navigating the legal aspects of the situation. But Cassie made it easy for us. We were not local to the area so she made it a seamless online experience and talked us through each step to make sure we understood each part. It is evident that she truly takes the time to understand her clients and their situation and does all she can to make sure they get the best outcome. She worked night and day (literally—even while on vacation) to make sure we were not left in the dark and that contracts were signed in a timely manner.
