Fantastic experience: Erin and her assistant Jen are great! The pair makes the perfect combination of 'always there when you need them' and 'well, she nailed those comps'. We moved to the area and bought our principal residence with the pair. Erin helped us negotiate the seller down to the houses actual value (it needed some repairs), with an appraisal that came in very close to her original estimates.
