Fantastic experience: Ryan did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. What was supposed to be a simple process became very complicated due to issues with the buyer’s lender and attorney. Throughout what turned into a difficult and chaotic experience, Ryan consistently handled everything with professionalism and did everything he could to help relieve the stress and burdens we were experiencing while trying to get the house closed. Although the process took much longer than it should have, it was absolutely no fault of Ryan or his team. From start to finish, they did an excellent job and were truly the only positive part of an otherwise chaotic sale. Negative experience: I lived there once and they showed me apartment that looked great and then switched it to a different apartment. that was not great. beware.

Negative experience: Advertising homes in the low 200's in Genoa but listing them for 350 plus seems pretty shady.

Fantastic experience: I met Katie via a phone call regarding a property for rent. She was professional and kind which is a rarity these days. After a few phone calls about different properties that we were interested in renting, she set the day of showings quickly as we were in a time crunch with finding a place for six of us so that we could stage our home for the purpose of selling it. Then she became our warrior. As the other party was dragging their feet with delayed responses, she kept up our spirits, focused on nailing down the property we were interested in for our quick move in date, and had a back up plan if things fell through. She got it done for us! From the walk through to the keys AND even after the keys with appliance issues she was there. Fantastic experience: Very motivated realtor! Went above and beyond the normal tasks of a realtor by scheduling/hiring tradesman to repair/fix small jobs that got our house ready for sale. That alone was such a HUGE help when juggling a busy life on a normal day! Fantastic experience: Having Kealan as our agent made the selling process a *much* more pleasant (and quicker) experience than expected. I thought that selling would be problematic and take several months (even up to a year), but thanks to Kealan's research and input as to comparable properties in the area, we were able to list the property at a realistic yet competitive initial price. Kaelan lined up a local company to do some yardwork to enhance curb appeal (after checking with us), but as it turns out it wasn't necessary to do anything to attract people: there were inquiries right away. I credit this to offering the property at the right price--not too high and not too low-- and also to Kaelan's enthusiastic approach. He had good ideas; was easy to reach via phone call or text; and always pleasant. Considering that we (the sellers) live out-of-state and were not present for any part of the process, it was crucial to have good two-way communication and also have a trustworthy and capable person 'on the ground.' Fantastic experience: I was dreading getting my rental ready to get back on the market, there was a fair amount of work, and some expenses. All work that I CAN do. The manner in which tenants are found is substantially different than the last time I was looking for a tenant. I came across Kealen through networking and I figured I’d give him a shot as I was slow at getting the process started. Kealen worked with me to get the things done that needed to get done before listing; found me a tenant within a week, and moved in two weeks later, in which time I finished the rest of the projects that needed to get done. He assisted in background checks, and provided referrals to great contractors, and provided valuable input through the whole process. He easily saved me a month of vacancy, and more than justified the expense. My interactions with Kealen through this process proved to have high value in regards to my time and time off market, at relatively low expense.
