Negative experience: Can’t believe someone as a buyers agent doesn’t investigate the house enough to see that the house was added on above the kitchen and recommended not having a home inspection. Yet he was minutes after listing a house that was over 1,000,000. Seems like he didn’t really care and didn’t even make it to closing of the home purchase . Seems like a sad situation. Be better Matt.
