Negative experience: My experience with MGM Real Estate in Beeville could have been better. Our realtor did not show the property once, we showed the property each time or outside realtors showed the property - not once did our realtor do a showing. There was a lack of communication and experience from our realtor that was quite frustrating. I will say that the manager for MGM Real Estate was the one that got things done in the sale of our property. Personally, I feel like we should get part of the commission with all the work we did in the sale.

Negative experience: Web site doesn't have enough options to find what I wanted.

He listened to what I wanted and needed in a home and was extremely helpful, informative and honest with me every step of the way. He went above and beyond showed me many houses, was patient and understanding and eventually found us our new home. My little family and I are extremely happy with our new home and that’s a big thank you to Keagan Perez!!!

She always advocated accordingly and kept our best interests priority. I admired her truthfulness and if/when there was an instance she did not know something, she was quick to contact someone who did. I appreciated that she was ALWAYS available given my schedule of working nights. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had working with someone! Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Beverly for several months (June-August) trying to locate the home that was right for us. We had a very particular list of 'must haves' and time to wait for the 'right' home. Throughout the process Beverly was amazing always keeping in touch with us when new properties popped up which we may be interested in and she was always quick to respond to our calls and text messages. Once we located the house we wanted, Beverly pulled out all the stops making sure all our bases were covered, listening to our concerns and providing us guidance based on her experience.
