Let me first start out by saying I moved to New England from Pennsylvania trying to find a house/apartment quickly. I found an ad about an apartment for rent and that’s when I got to meet the Beautiful Monika. I came here so far away from family and friends looking for a new adventure with 2 furry babies. In so little words I can say Monika opened her arms and put all of her faith and trust in to me hoping I’d be a great tenant. That I was after 13yrs. & still going strongly. I never must worry about if my appliances go nor my furnace due to Monika has someone there with in the hour. Monika came into my life at the rite time, my angel. She’s warm, loyal, trustworthy, honest etc. If you want your property kept up good, property well maintained, just call Monika..... she gets the JOB done. She’s still THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGER

Fantastic experience: Monica was our property manager for over 6 years. She found great tenants that were there for the entire 6 years. She ensured rent was paid on time and she handled any issues that came up with urgency and professionalism. She and her accountant handled financial matters such as bank deposits a tax documents on time. Fantastic experience: From the start I knew that Monica would be a great property manager for my rental property when she said, "I'm here to take care of you and your property." And she has proven this to be true. She is very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls, and will initiate them to me in a very timely manner. She knows the people to call when work needs to be done or something needs to be fixed (the only texts I don't like to get, of course), and she makes sure things are done efficiently and in a timely way. I reached out to several different places, and she came through, recommending a plumber to winterize, someone to plow the drive, and someone to look in on our house. She is quick to respond never takes more than an hour usually, and is always willing to help! Localand in the area for any immediate needs or concerns and for rent! I’m excited about the tennis court and basketball court for the summer and seems safe with locked entrance appropriate for children! A family friend place! Even the laundry room is really nice

After weeks of failed advertisements and open houses, I found Monika and I knew instantly that she was going to help me out. Fantastic experience: I normally do not take the time to write reviews but in Monikas case I had to .She managed an older 8 unit for me in Concord for about 8 years When she took it over from the last company the building had some challenging tenants and alot of work was needed with in a few months of the repair process she really turned the building around with great effort on her part she filled the building with great tenants and increased our bottom line by 30%She always answered the phone no matter what time of the day for me and the tenants.My favorite part of working with her was her knowledge of the court system eviction process she always got the job done and is well respected in that realm. Fantastic experience: I currently rent from Expert Property for about1.5. I have never had any issues with them. I always had good landlords but Monika is very Exeptional. She is very friendly and helpful. She is very prompt on her text as well as her Email. I will recommend using Expery Property Mangement for all your housing needs.
