Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting an apartment with these guys for a little over a year now. Everyone from maintenance, cleaning and office people are just absolutely great. We have had a few minor issues that were resolved with super kind maintenance people and office ladies who always listen to us (even when we are just chatty haha). I will mention that our most recent work order was done by Dylan who was just so nice and explained everything to us the whole time. I’ve run into some cleaning people while they do the halls and they are just the best. Thank you Complete Property Solutions for being kind and always doing your best

Negative experience: About a month ago I moved into an apt. On the first day of unpacking it rained for about 30 min and it flooded the entry way and water was dripping down multiple walls. I called panicked that this was happening and was told it didn’t seem like a big deal. A couple hours after the rain the walls were squishy. It was obvious that they had patched up the walls due to previous water damage. I was very worried that I would be stuck in that situation because they were going to charge me close to $2000 to get out of my lease. I was worried about winter and the health hazards of long term water damage. They were very unhelpful and not sympathetic to my situation. Very greedy. I contacted Rapid City Code Enforcement and they helped me get out of the lease with no penalties. Then Complete Property Solutions offered me my prorated rent back if I took the reviews I previously wrote down. WHAT A JOKE. This is a greedy company with no concern for the health and wellbeing of the tenants and I will never rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: These two cleaning ladies are amazing they are very detail oriented and always find time to stop and have a kind word for others, they do very good job , should give them both a raise in pay or do something nice for them. Makiah Abby

Fantastic experience: When I called complete property last year 2024, I was greeted by a professional agent Makala to see a one bedroom. She was extremely nice, informative and enthusiastic about the property which helped me make my decision to rent. After the viewing I was placed in contact with Denise the property manager whom I completed all paperwork necessary to claim my home. The home was extremely quiet, clean, and the neighbors were very nice. During my stay I had some minor issues which were addressed by the maintenance guy Cory who was also very helpful and fixed the issue. If I could be a spokesperson for a place to live it would be Complete Property!! 5 Stars I give them so if you’re seeking a place to live, give em a shout.

Fantastic experience: I noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling, so I called management and told them what was going on and a day later I got a call from Randy in maintenance saying he could come and take a look. Well, I wasn't home, so we planned on the next day early morning. He got here and found the toilet had not put put back together right. An outside plumber didn't finish his job. Anyhow, Randy got the toilet off, I said something abou the linoleum being pretty bad he took pictures while I got the approval. Well, it was soaked underneath the linoleum. Randy bleached the floor for mold, the he replaced the linoleum and put the toilet back together. The bathroom looks beautiful. He did a fantastic job and he cleaned up afterwards. Thank you, Randy. I know it was hot, but you rocked my bathroom!

Fantastic experience: My fridge was making a HORRIBLE noise, fan came loose in the back, John the maintenance man was able to work with my schedule and come take care of the issue in no time at all! Super friendly and even swept underneath (found my sons missing puzzle piece) by far the best rental company in Rapid city.

Fantastic experience: John managed to fix our garage door lock and make a duplicate key right away. Quick response and no issues. Appreciate the help!

Fantastic experience: Okay I’ve been here going on 10 months and the maintenance team is so attentive and kind with any issues Ive had since being here! I would highly recommend this property to be apart of. The view is amazing, great location and quiet!! Seriously quite! lol. One of the maintenance guys is Cory. He is an outstanding, kind , caring person and goes out of his way to make sure my stay is good. Thanks Cory! You’re cool man!

Fantastic experience: This morning Randy came by to fix our dishwasher, AC and another problem with our bedroom ceiling. He was very attentive and did great work. If you ever need maintenance done you better hope you get Randy!

Negative experience: This property management was sadly a terrible experience for us. We rented a townhouse through them for 5 years and each year we experienced a new hoop we had to jump through a new hoop. We took care of the house and was told at exit inspection it was so clean and they thanked us multiple times for keeping it nice and clean. In the end they took our deposit used the most expensive carpet cleaner in town. If you rent here don’t expect to get your deposit back and expect to pay out the nose for your electric bill and frozen pipes due to the lack of insulation in the townhouses. Also in the lease snow removal is included but don’t expect them to show up. You’ll end up doing it out self but ironically will still be charged for it in your month rent. This was a FACT that they only removed snowed 2 times during the entire winter. The neighbors and ourselves took turn doing the entire drive way and side walks when this was to be included in our rent. This was not a standard of mine. nobody showed up to do the removal when they were supposed to.

Fantastic experience: Randy came to fix the low water pressure in my shower. The poor man ran up and down two flights of stairs, turning on and off water. He ended up putting shutoff valves on the pipes and got the water pressure taken care of. While he was doing this, he noticed the water was draining very slowly, so he fixed that. He explained everything and cleaned up best as he could before he left. Randy did an awesome job and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm grateful to have him as one of the maintenance team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a good experience here. When I call, someone is always available to help. If anything needs repaired, it gets done in a very timely manner. I’ve had a few things fixed and each person who has been here has been very helpful. John Casella is the one who answered my after hours maintenance call recently and he was here in 5 minutes and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Very friendly and professional !

Negative experience: * Slumlords. * The Office staff are Passive-Aggressive, but if you slip a little they will get in your throat!! They avoid you if they can, when you need something from them, and if they don't like you it doesn't matter how decent of a tenant you are/were they will 'not' give a decent reference about you. They tell you stories about the construction of their properties when they are just office assistants and have zero knowledge about construction, because they are "not" construction workers. Your concerns and legit complaints are a nuisance to them, and 99% of the time they take zero action!! * Poor upkeep of the common areas. * Don't be deceived, their prices don't match the poor quality of their properties. But still they want to compete with the high market, and you will not get the same perks, quality and/or treatment that other properties might offer you for the same price. * Rent increases every year, but quality decreases daily. * The Maintenance guys are good people, this review doesn't do them justice, but at the end of the day, they have to follow orders. They are the only group of this company that deserves at least 4 if not the full 5 stars. But the rest of the team of this company unfairly smears their performance and individuality!! * If you have another and/or a better option, go for it and Skip this company all together.-

Fantastic experience: As soon as I turned 18 I got a place of my own with these guys and they were extremely helpful. During my time living here Denise was SUCH a huge help with anything and everything possible. Even to this day when looking for properties after no longer living at one of their properties she has been so kind and is always helping when she can! Any time my roommates and I had issues in our apartment maintenance was always super quick to answer and very helpful as well! Most property management companies recently haven’t been great but these guys are absolutely wonderful!

Edit to add: Corey and John are two of the most respectful and professional maintenance men I've come across. Their attention to detail and kind demeanor was so appreciated during our time in the townhouse. We will miss them as we move on.

May not be a home I own but I want my place to look great and Randy is the guy for that job! He even went the extra mile to put a different cord on my dryer for me!! SO greatly appreciated! Fantastic experience: I put in a maintenance request yesterday and it was resolved this morning. Randy is professional and got the work done quickly. I have rented from many landlords over the past twenty-eight years and never had my maintenance issues resolved so quickly. What a relief!

Fantastic experience: I have been a resident with CPS for almost a year now. Dense was super helpful and personable when going through the leasing process and getting setup for my new home. Since Elisa, the property manager has started I have noticed an increase of productivity in maintenance and professionalism. The whole team I have had encounters with have been so helpful and friendly. They understand that though you are renting and it’s not technically your home it’s still your home and have respect for you and your home.

Fantastic experience: I found myself in needing housing immediately as I needed to be out of the place I was in by the end of March & the out of state job offer I had fell through. Elisa went out of her way to work with me and had a place for me as I scrambled to remain in Rapid City. She responded very promptly to my questions was patient with me as I navigate this stressful time in life. Based on my experience with Elisa, I know that any maintenance requests I have will be promptly handled. I can't thank Elisa enough for being such a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: We called with a request to fix a leaking sink drain. Randy responded immediately, and did a great job wrestling a very stubborn drain. I asked if he could see about sealing some baseboard gaps in the future. He not only got approval, but worked on the garage and other areas that needed repair. Outstanding service to issues we are very thankful he fixed. No one wants crickets and spiders in their house! I can’t thank Randy enough for his prompt and way beyond the norm service! He literally fixed everything AND the kitchen sink! Great job! Great guy!

Fantastic experience: These ladies in the office and guys on maintenance are excellent to work with. I've had a year in one property managed by Nicole and Denise and because of their receptive and attentive nature throughout our duration, I decided to spend a second year with them in another one of their properties. Randy and Randy are excellent maintenance men, and every issue I have had has been taken care of within a day, if not hours.

Fantastic experience: Randy 1 came and saved the day! My toddler had locked me out of the house with my phone and keys inside so I has to bust the door open to get in and he came and fixed it within 10 mins of me calling!! So so so thankful for him coming right away even with it being after hours!

There are tons of great changes being made by Nicole the new property manager, new carpet, more prompt snow removal/salting the sidewalks! Everything is cleaner and it’s quiet which is great. Any maintenance issues are promptly addressed. Nicole has made some incredible changes and we are appreciative!

Positive experience: I've lived in my home for a year now, and what makes it easy and affordable for me so I'm not stressing about my finances is Nicole works with me on paying my rent. As long as I'm keeping her updated and not avoiding her she's super helpful. I love how understanding her and the rest of the staff are, life gets tough sometimes but I'm thankful for her and the few people I've talked with at complete property solutions.

Fantastic experience: I moved in around August. Since day 1 the property Managers have been more than accommodating and helpful. If they have an issue, they call and talk to me about it. Nicole is the nicest manager I have ever dealt with! Thank you!

Negative experience: Not surprised they removed my previous review. Nothing but problems since the day I moved in until the day I left. Lived at 724 1/2 Myrtle Ave from November 2020 to April 2022. No move-in inspection because a Katie didn't show up to the office that day. No call, text, or email to let me know. I didn't speak to a single soul from management upon leaving... Wiring is weak, you can't have a crockpot going and 2 space heaters. The gas heater that was in there leaked gas twice. No laundry machines. The A/C did not work. Rent was not prorated for when I moved in or out. Both places I lived in before and after did so. This just goes to show CPS doesn't care about a tenant's best interests, only their own. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Reply to CPS comment: I stand by my review. I received no calls or emails from CPS , so my departure must not have been that important.Yes I was perfectly aware about the laundry. As for the work orders, they were responded to poorly. The guy Steve "jury rigged" (his words) the gas heater which broke each time. When i moved into my current apartment, I noticed on a form they tried to contact CPS multiple times with no response. The fact that the old management is gone is irrelevant to me....
