Fantastic experience: Paula and her staff went the extra mile to ensure our home was sold. After a walk through, she had a plan to sell it quickly and executed it. I liked the zero soft glove treatment on what needs to be done. Up front but friendly. You can't go wrong with this level of expertise and experience. I highly recommend her for those looking to buy or sell.

Negative experience: Our agent was lazy & prone to errors. Not military friendly. Over valued the house then couldn't sell it. Everything was our problem to solve. We did the work & the agent gets the commission. All that to be ignored and left holding the bag. If this service was an Applebee's I would demand a refund. Instead I was reminded the commission fee is contracted and cannot be changed.. no matter how crummy the service. Completely unsatisfactory service and lost more cash than a college tuition for how long it took.

Fantastic experience: Jenna Freeman and her partner Elijah helped my husband and I find the perfect home for us and well within our budget! We came from overseas and bought the house based off of their info and videos and loved it! They made the process and transition back to the states so much easier for us!

Positive experience: My Realtor was Elijah Muir and he was very helpful and professional. I moved from out of state and he was very accommodating. For example, Dani, the loan lady, was unreliable and did not communicate. The result was compromised moving plans and almost forcing the sale of my car. Fortunately, Elijah accepted the car in transport and saved me thousands. Also, Elijah moved fast to cancel then re-establish another deal. Basically, he's a good guy and works to make the customer happy. Finally, I'm taking away one star because he referred me to Dani at Gateway Mortgage. She is completely unreliable and the company is a predatory lender. I encourage Elijah to guide his clients to a reputable and reliable lender that is not predatory. Gateway Mortgage will leave the average person in financial ruin with no way-out.

Fantastic experience: Jenna Freeman and her team are absolutely fantastic! We were in Japan and were able to do everything but close because of them. Once we got into town, they were all supportive and very transparent. They let us know their concerns and our options every step of the way. This was our first home buying experience, and they made it seem easy. Highly recommend this agency.

They were both very pleasant and easy to work with, and after I agreed to drop my listing price as was suggested, my house sold in no time, and without a hitch. I couldn't be happier with Paula's and Priscilla's work, especially since I was able to move out of state prior to the completion of the sale, and I knew Priscilla was periodically checking on the house. I was also grateful to be able to do my closing remotely.

Fantastic experience: Elijah Muir just listed and sold my house in La Luz, NM, near Alamogordo, NM. I had a long list of things I wanted from a realtor because I had thought the property would be a hard sell and had had several disappointing meetings with others. I sat down with Elija and we went through the whole process. He was already well informed about the property and listened to what I needed. We lived in another state and were working with the VA. Joaquin stood with us during the whole process of buying our first home, he did an amazing job!!! He was very diligent as to get things done on a deadline and to ensure that everything was in place. He was also available to answer our questions at any time, even after hours and on the weekend. Negative experience: Would not recommend. A friend of our who is a realtor in another state gave us Mary Lockwood’s info as a referral. We were located overseas at the beginning of the home buying process. Mary Lockwood seemed eager and helpful at the beginning. While I am grateful she knew someone who was willing to sell their home that was not on the market, I would not recommend using her for your home buying needs. This home was not the first home we have purchased. We were not at all new to this process. After signing the contract for the home, Mary changed. No longer helpful. She no longer performed any of the tasks required of a realtor. Since she would not respond to emails from both the title company and the lender, it was up to us to get all the paperwork required by both to purchase the home. Both title co and lender were very understanding and were excellent to work with. We closed on this home while we were in another state. Mary didn’t show up to the closing there at the title co w the seller nor did she contact them. They never heard from her. The title co worked w the seller to get the info for us to get us the keys to our new home. It’s been over 30 days since closing and the only contact we have had from her was info for utilities for the new home a few days after closing (we had already completed that task). No congratulations, no thank you, nothing. Also at this time the referral fee from broker to broker has not been paid.
