Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had! This guy "Dickey"was horrible to work with, sellers accepted my offer on a house I was going to use as a VRBO as it was. The contract was signed it in comes back and he changed my agents commission, pretty sure your not supposed to do that? After back and forth and my agents brokerage getting involved I signed another contract. After thinking of how difficult and low he works I decided to back out. I feel bad for the sellers cause I wonder what they were told?

Fantastic experience: Kari Singleton was very responsive and pleasant to work with even though the weather never seemed to be on our side when viewing properties! She was great! We highly recommend her and the team at the Dickey Group. It was a no stress welcomed experience.

We had a rough time with realtors in the past, Aaron was like a gift from God lol. Safe to say we found our realtor for life! We will never ever use anyone else!!! Fantastic experience: We chose The Dickey Group because of their fantastic marketing and reputation or getting results. We listed our 44 acre farm and within days we had 30 showings, 14 contracts and many of them were far above asking price! Possession was important to us and Jeff negotiated the time we needed to move into our new home! We highly recommend The Dickey Group!

Negative experience: I made a phone call to inquire about the possibility of renting out my property. Unfortunately, the individual on the other end hung up on me in a highly disrespectful manner.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Jack, Audrey and Jeff for the excellent job they did with listing and selling my grandmother’s house in Highland Ohio. They were very helpful and addressed all of our needs and questions in a quick, efficient manner.

Negative experience: I initially called this real estate office several weeks ago to inquire about a parcel of land. I spoke with a woman who assured me someone would reach out to me soon. Weeks went by with no contact. I followed up with another call and spoke to the same woman, who again promised someone would get in touch with me the next day. The following day, I finally received a call from a man who immediately asked if anyone had contacted me about the parcel. I explained that I had been waiting for weeks with no response. He said the only note in their system was from the day before. I clarified that this was my second attempt and expressed my frustration politely. At that point, he became rude and dismissive, telling me, “You need to work with another realtor — we can’t help you.” When I asked why he was being so hostile, he became even more aggressive and abruptly told me to "find someone else," then hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable — especially when dealing with a serious buyer interested in a $100,000 property. I couldn’t have been more patient or respectful throughout the process. It’s their loss, and I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. If you value your time and money, I suggest you do the same.

Fantastic experience: The Jeff Dickey Group Realtors were very good to us and helped us in many ways to make are move easy on us, they were there to answer our questions as we have never used a realtor due to we lived in our house for 47 and 1/2 years. Our place sold in three months after listing with the Dickey Group. Not only did Jeff sell our place in a tough market but also found our home we still live in today. There is a reason he is a top realtor in our area! List with Jeff, you won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: Unproffessional. Poor communication. Takes hours to return calls. He will ignore your offer long enough to make sure there is a bidding war. Do not waste your time.

Negative experience: This company is a joke, I agree! Doesnt respond and is rude and crooked the way they work the buyer/seller against each other. Its really too bad. Thumbs down for sure! Be careful!

Negative experience: THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO TRY TO DEAL WITH WHEN IT COMES TO PURCHASING A HOME. WE CALLED AND HAVE CALLED FOR 4 DAYS TRYING TO SEE A HOME AND APPARENTYL THEY ARE SO WEALTHY THE WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. YOU CALL TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEY CLAIM SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK AND THEY NEVER DO. THEN RANDOMLY THE HOME YOU WANT TO SEE IS SOLD WITHOUT LETTING THE OWNER KNOW THERE ARE OTHER OFFERS ON THE TABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SELFISH UNLESS THEY ARE GETTING THE FULL COMMISSION THEY WON'T CALL BACK OR HELP. NOT SURE HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS BUT THEY ARE A JOKE.
