Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience working with Erik Dowling from Maine Street Property Management. My partner and I were in a tough spot, with only about two weeks left on our lease, and we needed to find a new home quickly for our little family, including our 2-year-old. Erik was incredibly attentive, understanding exactly what we needed and helping us secure a place in record time. He clearly explained the entire process, got us approved the very next day, and we were able to move in that same weekend. Even after we settled in, Erik has remained responsive and reliable, always quick to address any maintenance issues that come up. Maine Street is truly lucky to have someone like Erik on their team, he genuinely cares about the people he helps.

Fantastic experience: Rented this house last Minute last year and a week became available. A few issues beyond property managers control came up and they were very responsive. Ots a lovely property. If traveling with elderly or disabled, the property os on a steep hill (albeit with parking) and lots of stairs to access house and bedrooms.

I had many questions regarding logistics and space in the house, from size of tables for linen rental, to possible caterers in the area, to a recommended local florist. He was able to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. We had a fantastic long weekend at this lovely home on the river!

Fantastic experience: Maine Street Property Management is an excellent group dedicated to their customers. We recently had to call on them for a home check service as we forgot to shut off the water when we were away and the temps dropped into the single digits (negative with wind chill). They were very prompt and professional in responding to both email and phone call and they were able to get us under contract and get over to the house and shut the water off in about 24 hours. After that we had a package errantly delivered to the house just before a snow storm and once again they were able to step up and move the package under the cover of the porch so as not to be ruined by the driveway snow plow. We highly recommend Maine Street Property Management!!

Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous house! My husband and I stayed 3 nights to attend our daughter’s wedding in town. Our 2 other daughters and their families stayed with us, as well as my husband’s brother and his wife. So a total of 9 adults and 3 children. The house is so spacious! We had plenty of room to enjoy the home and plenty of sleeping accommodations as well. We hope to return again soon! Love the place!

Fantastic experience: My family just got back from a week renting their Fletcher St. Kennebunk house. Skye and her entire team were so responsive via email and text through both the rental process and during our stay. The house was easy to check in with a key pad at the door. It was clean and cool when we walked in. A basket of goodies and a hand written card was also left to welcome us. The house had everything we needed and was a short walk from a little downtown area with coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The room in the back with the ping pong table was such a fun addition and our family enjoyed playing games every evening. We also appreciated that we could bring our yellow lab Ellie along to stay with us at this house. They even had bowls for her which was a sweet thoughtful gesture. The backyard was completely fenced in too which made it so relaxing when we were out back. I'd definitely rent again with Maine Street Property Management!

Skye and Chloe were great to work with - professional, friendly, patient and had great communication with us throughout the process. Being fairly new landlords, we also needed some advice in the past year and Skye was amazing about helping us. Fantastic experience: Beautiful home, and one of the most centrally located in all of Ogunquit. Slept 8 adults and a baby with space and hot water to spare. 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the cove. Equipped with laundry, a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and a sweet front yard for hanging out. Maine Street Property Management could not have been more accommodating. If you have the numbers and need a great spot to rest in “the beautiful place by the sea” you need look no further. Outstanding all around.

Skye and Joe thoughtfully advised us on the improvements and fixes we needed to make to be ready to list the house. They were comprehensive and proactive. And they jumped right in. Either they did the repairs themselves or found just the right contractor to do the bigger jobs in a timely way. Skye and Joe are multi-talented and do excellent work. They attended to all the details of painting, repairs, etc with high quality work, creative solutions and the attention to detail that an old house needs. You can count on them to go way beyond the minimum. And Skye and Joe are wonderful to work with too. They truly care. They made a process that felt a bit overwhelming at the beginning feel very manageable each step along the way. Skye soon listed the house and we now have it under contract. Success! Fantastic experience: I have traveled to many parts of USA and abroad. Lived in many apartments, house that I have always rented or leased, and by far leasing from Sky and Joe are the best owners I have rented/leased from. Absolutely no issues with owners. Whenever the house I lease needs attention, Joe and Sky are there immediately to correct issues (very few). Not only are Joe and Sky my "landlords", I consider them as friends!

Fantastic experience: I rarely have a problem with my beautiful rental from Maine Street Property Management, but when something does come up Skye and Joe are here within the day to fix it!
