Someone i could trust to have my best interests and ask advice or input on a choice. Someone who let me go at my pace and listened to my needs in a home. 3. Well funny story I actually met Lisa during the winter at a HVAC call at her home and spoke with her at the end the call and got her contact info and stayed in touch till I was ready to get started. 4. What did you value most about our service? The feedback and the communication without good communication buyer and realtor can't work together without that and Lisa made this process so smoothly. 5. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? Think about what area you want to live in a certain county or area. Think about what kind of systems you want to have in your home just think what things what I want and communicate that with realtor but be realistic and know it will take few homes or 35 homes to tour till you find the right one.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved across the country and had to rely heavily on Lisa and her team during our home buying process. They were INCREDIBLE and made the process so smooth. Fantastic experience: We are very pleased with the work of the Jackson Realty Group and specifically, Lisa Jackson, as our real estate agent(s) in the sale of our home. My husband and I are now retired and decided that after living in western PA for 37 years, it was time to move further south to warmer weather. We looked for a realtor who was experienced in selling homes in our area (i.e.: who KNEW the area) as well as having expertise in dealing with the buyer's realtor to make the transition as smooth as possible. The Jackson Realty group was recommended to us and after doing some digging and meeting with Lisa, we felt that she was a good fit for our needs in selling our home for a reasonable price. Lisa and the rest of the JRG were easy to work with, were knowledgeable, remained flexible in the negotiations and were able to navigate some less common situations that cropped up during the selling process. Even as the sale was nearing its end, Lisa was willing to provide some additional services to us that made the selling experience less stressful. For those looking for a Realty group, make sure you fully vet your final selection because they will be the ones you'll be relying upon as you move toward your eventual closing: are they aware of the latest changes to the PA realty laws; are they willing to be available (by phone/text/in person) if you have any specific questions or if you need their help; do they have the mindset, temperament and social ability to work well with the buyers and their representatives?. The Jackson Realty Group exceeded our expectations in a number of aspects in the sale of our house. Well done!

Positive experience: Lisa’s Team was Friendly and easily reachable. The reason for the review to be 4 instead of 5 is because on each of my 3 in-person interactions that I had with the team I got a different agent. Additionally, (and this is more a personal preference) they made the encounters feel as a casual thing instead of a really special event in my family’s life. Nevertheless, they were always available to sincerely answer any questions I had and provided the necessary communication between parties.

Fantastic experience: I am honestly beyond impressed with the Lisa Jackson Team. I worked with Kate Mann to get our new home on the east side, and it was incredible not only how hard she worked in the process, but also even afterwards with providing us with all kinds of resources for getting things up and running! The number one thing I was very happy with and very surprised about was how they actually steered us away from homes they knew we wouldn't like. and never pressured us for the sake of commission.
