Since we were remote, she personally visited the property and explored the surrounding areas on our behalf multiple times. One of the biggest challenges was an easement agreement that could have caused issues down the line along with zoning restrictions. Andrea carefully reviewed it, connected with the city to confirm zoning regulations and the property’s status, and even added clauses in the contract to verify the zoning. Thanks to her diligence, we discovered that the property wasn’t zoned for a motel, meaning we wouldn’t have been able to obtain the necessary license—potentially turning the purchase into a major liability. When we went under contract, her expertise ensured we had enough contingencies in place to protect ourselves. When we uncovered the misrepresentation, Andrea swiftly drafted the termination paperwork, allowing us to exit the deal without complications. She even connected us with legal experts to help interpret the potential risks with the property. Although our deal didn’t go through, I can’t recommend Andrea highly enough. Her deep knowledge of the Cannon Beach area, combined with her commitment to going the extra mile, truly sets her apart. She is simply amazing!
