Negative experience: I seen all these positive reviews but unfortunately our family is devastated this morning. We relied on Jamie Sathers to handle an immediate offer and she failed us. In this market today, you must have an agent that is fast moving when representing the buyer. She was fully aware of our need to place an offer on day one of listing and how concerned we were to get our chance at the home. She eagerly agreed to help us and then she was a no show for the showing.. To make matters even worse is she did not call or text with explanation. We were late at night waiting and there was nothing but excuses at 10:30 at night. Well the house was gone by morning. We were severely harmed by this incompetence on her part. I called them from past reputation but that all seems to be gone now. I would suggest you don’t trust this agent to handle your buyer needs in a market that demands immediate response. She didn’t even call the selling agent the entire day to notify them of our intent to place an offer that day. She claims she sent an email. An email notification is an act of gross incompetence in a market that demands immediate action. I hope you learn from our story of damage she has done to us today. Mark K.

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, I was concerned about the process being really daunting and that a lot of information would go over my head. But I never felt that way thanks to the excellent communication from Braelyn and the Sathers Realty Team. I greatly enjoyed working with Braelyn and would certainly recommend her and Sathers Realty! They explained the complicated process in an easy to understand way, were open and honest, and made you feel like a valued individual as their client. They also provided contact info for a great house inspector, the utility companies I’d need to call, local snow plow services, and more.

Fantastic experience: Braelyn & Julie helped me to sell a house. It took a while with it being in a small town, it finally sold in September 2025. Braelyn was extremely patient with all my questions and helped to keep me calm during the whole process.. Braelyn is truly amazing to work with, if I ever need help with buying/selling property I would have Braelyn be my realtor! Julie was wonderful helping me make tough decisions as well. Over all JS Reality has a wonderful team of knowledgeable realtors!

Fantastic experience: Jamie helped me find my first home in 2020 in Duluth, MN and made the whole experience feel seamless! We must've looked at over 20 homes and made multiple offers in what must've been the craziest market but Jamie never made us feel rushed. She helped us make reasonable offers and landed in the perfect starter home in the Riverside neighborhood of Duluth! Fast-forward 4.5 years, married with a 4 month old, a dog, and a cat who constantly found herself under my feet - we knew we needed more space and wanted to be closer to family! Jamie once again made a challenging process feel simple and helped us find our dream fixer upper in Cloquet, MN! I would recommend J.S. Realty to anybody. Fantastic experience: Julie at JS Realty helped us buy our first house in Duluth in 2018 and was there when we were ready to up-size in 2023. Julie has a robust knowledge of the real estate market in Duluth and was able to provide useful information about different home-ownership options that we were considering. The real estate market in Duluth is currently very competitive and we appreciated Julie's insights about how to make our offers stand out. Julie helped us buy a solid house in a great neighborhood at a reasonable price. We closed on the house in three weeks and this was partially due to Julie's skills connecting all of the groups involved. We also had a positive experience selling our first home with Julie. We ended up getting many offers on our home and we were able to sell it for almost double the amount that we bought it for five years earlier.

Fantastic experience: Jamie Day was Incredible! Selling a beloved childhood home, after your parents have both passed away, turns out to be one of life’s most emotional rollercoasters. Jamie took everything in stride from the day it was listed until closing day, many months later. From all the price changes, responding to tire-kickers, video walk-throughs, understanding well water and sewer codes, plus scouring offer documents for the minutia of the language, she was absolutely the best. Fantastic experience: Julie helped us purchase a home in Duluth, while we were living in Florida. Because of COVID-19, we were unable to travel to Minnesota to look at houses. Julie did an excellent job of keeping us informed when houses in our budget were available, listened to our feedback, and was prompt with all of her communications. She showed us houses through FaceTime, since we couldn't come in person, and gave us helpful comments and thoughts on each house and she showed them to us. We are really happy with the home that we ended up purchasing and would happily recommend Julie to anyone else looking for a house.
