Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever used .There was such lack of communication and followup during the whole process. Once you sign that dotted line they have you for six months. Alway remember that.

I needed an agent that could make it rain, and was able to take reins and be hands on. But not only my house, I needed to sell my parents house and move them as well. She sold my parents house on the first or second day on the market, which outperformed expectations. Fantastic experience: Our home was an older home--fixer upper type with lots of potential. Molly was smart in advising us to have a home inspection performed, determine what we needed to fix to sell the home and be completely transparent with any issues found. Her marketing skills for the actual listing and photos taken were spot on and generated a busy flow of traffic the first weekend it was listed--we actually had two offers after the first 4 days on the market!
