Fantastic experience: Eric Hodges is devoted to his work. Eric and his assistant Judy have gone above and beyond for me even with the understanding of there may not be any return to the effort. Just on the occasion of looking at several houses with Eric I have noticed is well rooted with in his community. Eric proceeded to develop and teach me of how the process works and potential things to look out for, he also is very easy to get ahold of even outside of the business hours and follows up very quickly where he possibly can. Even after the fact Eric has assisted me with a network of contractors that he knows. I have been working with him for a few months and couldn't of picked a better agency. I first choose him as my agent due to the amount of Google reviews he has compared to other agents in the area and I would hope it would influence others who may read this to choose to work with Eric.

Fantastic experience: Eric is an awesome realtor. As a first time home buyer I would have been completely lost without him. Eric has also provided us with local referrals and recommendations that have made our move to Mount Airy much easier. He's a great agent and an all-around great person. We highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: If you need a realtor, Eric Hodges, of Hodges Realty is the absolute best. We inherited a house from my husbands, father. We had so many questions and turned to Eric for advice. He was so nice and answered all of our questions even though we told him we were going to try and sell the house ourselves. I know I probably called him 10 times in one day and he was always so polite , kind and caring. We tried to sell the house on our own but were unsuccessful. So, we called Eric to see if he would list the house for us. We filled out all the necessary paperwork and Eric placed his sign in the yard and listed it on his website. We immediately had numerous showings scheduled and an offer to purchase came in at 7:30 that night. The house was under contract in less than 24 hours. The entire process was so easy and Eric was a pleasure to work with and kept us well informed along the way. If you need a Realtor, don’t hesitate to call Eric. You will be happy that you did. 5 stars for Hodges Realty, Best of the best. !!!

Fantastic experience: Eric helped me sell a house that had been listed previously with another realtor. I was very pleased when he managed to show it more times in the first month than the other one did in 6 months! He was very diligent in helping get it sold. He gave great advice during contract negotiations. After the contract was signed, he did an excellent job of keeping me informed of what was going on and followed through with all communication between me, the lawyer and the buyers. He came to the closing to support and celebrate with me. You can't go wrong with Hodges Realty!!!!
