Fantastic experience: Leslie Pankey is the best realtor in Carbondale! We got her contact from someone who found their home through her a couple of years ago, and we were so glad we did. The first thing we liked about Leslie is her quick response time, her persistence, and her honesty. She got right on the phone with us to discuss our needs and available inventory. She consistently kept us up to date with new listings and was easily reached by text or phone. Being first time home buyers, we appreciated her constant support, thorough knowledge of the area, and the process of buying a home in Illinois. Leslie even found us a very competent and honest mortgage banker, and we are forever grateful for that help. Because of Leslie's clear guidance and dedication, we found a perfect home that met all of our criteria. The process from there was smooth and easy. As a final touch, she even bought us a Ring doorbell setup as a welcome home gift! She supported us from beginning to end, and also helped us to settle in to the area by providing local contacts and information about utilities, water, and other services. We love our new home and can't recommend Leslie enough. She's five-stars in every way!

Fantastic experience: I live four hours away from Carbondale. My daughter will be going to SIU and I needed to find the perfect house for her to stay in for the next few years. I explain to Leslie what was important to me and she found the perfect house. As a matter fact, I trusted her so much I never saw the house in person. Fantastic experience: We didn’t know a realtor in the Carbondale area. I read reviews and Leslie’s were great. We were moving from Clearwater, Fl to this area, not knowing anyone and only visiting the area once was going to be a task for any realtor. Not only did she quickly find us a buyer, she worked tirelessly and efficiently to facilitate the sale. Leslie is an excellent communicator and was always available to answer our questions.
