Negative experience: These folks are as crooked as they come. Don’t keep their word on anything. If you see the name Allen Siegler on a house….RUN

Fantastic experience: Julie has been our Realtor for a few houses now. We have been nothing but pleased with their work.

Negative experience: They are the worst. After signing the lease, they simply stop responding any call or texts and never come to fix the broken sink and leaking dish washer, not even mention the leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the bottom floor ceiling. It's been a month and the house is all smelly

Negative experience: Super unprofessional. Brad showed a property to me, and I expressed interest. He then didn't reply or answer calls for two weeks.

He is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area, very responsive and was always flexible with our ever-changing schedules. Bob took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and ultimately found us the PERFECT home to live in for years to come. I can’t recommend Bob enough – THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Bob!

Negative experience: Wish I could negative stars. Carole Capes there is a Total RIP Off. She rents to you and does not return your Deposit. Please seek other Agents.

Negative experience: phil wilson told me a bunch of incorrect information due to his lack of knowledge. he tried to get me to put in a high offer on something he said was "under contract". misinformation at best misleading and deceptive at worst.

Fantastic experience: Sharon and Yvette are the best. They have really been a joy to work with.

Negative experience: They could have been better landlords/owners. When I rented here nothing was actually fixed, air conditioner was out during the time I moved in summer months so you can imagine. Maintenance was creepy ! They would just be in my apartment without my knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Phil was our Agent and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our Buying , and Selling Experience. Myself and my Husband were on a very tight time line to find a home last spring and Phil showed us at least 50 properties , Phil kept us in good spirits when we thought all possibilities of finding a Home were lost in the crazy market we were looking in and exhausted all options to find “ The One “ . He found our Home , It was not listed for Sale , Assisted in negotiations with the seller and explained the whole process to us to a T . We had fired 4 other Realtors before Phil and me and my husband have both agreed , Phil will be our Forever Realtor ! Thank you Phil !!

Negative experience: These people simply stopped answer my calls or texts. Phil Wilson, the agent, kept telling me that he had buyers for my property but never bothered to follow up with me on what happened after showings. Eventually, he simply stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had to call the broker, who never called me back, to have the listing terminated. I'm not sure what kind of business this is, but its very unprofessional. I have filed complaints against their licenses as a result.
