Edisto Property Management Group

Negative experience: All the reviews for this company must come from property owners or family members. Renting from this company is the rental equivalent of a rectal exam. If you rent from them you are agreeing to an aggressive home invasion every 3 months. We had a serious pest issue and they failed to rectify it. We HAD to move, it was disgusting. The Joey guy said he'd let his kids live in the home. There is no wonder owners love them, they are invasive as can be. They do not respect renters privacy; even photographing under under your sinks. They'll take pictures of all your belongings and claim the info is "secure". Don't buy their covid sob story. Absolutely clueless individuals who are wicked backwards. You rent from them, you are accepting a REALLY invasive landlord with the personality of a wet towel who will nitpick EVERYTHING. BEWARE

Fantastic experience: Joey and his team have been so helpful to me as An investor looking at the Orangeburg market. Fantastic experience: We recently relocated from the area and are now exploring property purchases, though we had concerns about managing the costs and responsibilities of multiple properties from out of state. Navigating the technicalities of property ownership in this region can be complex, especially from afar. Fortunately, the Edisto management team came highly recommended by others in the community. Their reputation for reliability and expertise in local property management is well earned. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with protecting your investment or caring for your home.

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely selective when it comes to choosing a real estate management company, especially in a market I don’t know well from out of state. I need to be absolutely confident that a company is going to deliver at the highest level before I trust them with my investments and clients. Edisto absolutely nailed it from the start. During the process of interviewing various managers in the area, it was crystal clear they were leagues above the other local PM companies I spoke to. Their depth of knowledge about the local market was extremely impressive; they don't just know the neighborhoods, they know the trends of each block and street. That kind of detail blew me away and it was immediately apparent that they are professionals who walk the walk and know what they are doing. The Edisto team has continued to impress both me and the clients I’ve referred with their forward-thinking approach and commitment to using smart, modern tools that make the whole experience seamless. I’m thrilled to have found them and won’t hesitate to send clients their way for years to come. Thanks, Edisto Property Management Group!
