I appreciated the space she gave us in making decisions and I am grateful that she made herself available at times that were most convenient for us. As a young family with a toddler, that was especially helpful. She shared in our excitement and was patient and knowledgeable when we had questions regarding the process of closing and purchasing our home.

Negative experience: Where do I even start? I do not recommend for you to lease at Briarwood apartments.2 Months in we start seeing roaches, and we used everything from top of the line to kill these roaches. We even made several complaints. They acted like they never knew that it was a problem. The whole complex is infested. I was told by a few more than 5 residents that stay in Briarwood Including me. Some people cannot move out of the infestation Due to high rent. Which is understandable. There was a few times Were they charged for unnecessary reason. When we hit are Twelve month Mark in are lease. We start going from month to month till we can find a new place. After they did their walk through, they charged us for Fingerprints.Painting the walls twice. Mopping the floor. And stuff that we all have already discussed. That they said that was a problem.Before us even moving in.They charged us for stuff that landlords are supposed to do after tenants move out. Will be reporting to the better business bureau. And they are lying with the response. They are the type, who care for you In public. Actually Stabbing you In the back in private. They didn't do a regular routine when it came to the roaches." We was paying rent for the roaches to lay" And everybody know when a black grandma clean its clean...

The realtor Mrs.Erin Breiby who was so nice and friendly helped us get the home open that day while we were in town to view it.
