Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about MNB Realty. I moved to the area and bought a home under the care of Bobby Gauke back in 2021. Even though I was coming from over 500 miles away, MNB realty made every effort to spare me extra trips and even went out of their way to coordinate inspections, repairs, etc... with the only effort needed from me was a simple text saying yea or nay. The best part, I liked working with Bobby and MNB so much that when I went back to them a year and a half later to sell my home- and three days after listing I had a contract! The sale was smooth, and without difficulty. I barely had to do anything. If I were ever to move back to McCook, the first Realtor I would call would be Bobby Gauke and the MNB team.

Fantastic experience: While I owned a building in McCook, NE, I do not live there. When I decided to sell it, I was apprehensive about the fact that I wouldn't be on the scene to resolve an issues that arose. On a recommendation, I retained Randy Bauer as my realtor. What a good choice THAT was. As to the various repair items, Randy kept in regular contact with the contractors and got them completed. He took care of details and kept me informed. He found me a buyer that accomplished my objectives, and I believe that he did a nice job of negotiating. I am not the easiest person with whom to work, but Randy was consistently patient and thoughtful. Without hesitation, I recommend him.
