Fantastic experience: Michelle and her team were with us for 11 months as we searched for our home. Every step she was clear, honest, organized, and watched out for the homeowner. After the 12th viewing of a home and seeing our disappointed looks, she would affirm with us that a particular home is not the best for us and tell us the right one will come along (which it did!). With last minute notices of viewings she would arrange viewings day of. She has a trusted network of people she recommends from respected home inspectors, lender's, pest inspections, etc who are very experienced and knowledgeable in their fields. Michelle has over 20 years of experience and it shows!! I would recommend her to any family member or friend.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was introduced to me by my wife after we were at our whits end with trying to find a realtor who really understood the defining details of our situation. From the first meeting where she sat us down in person about representing us as buyers I knew she was the right fit for us! Our situation took us down some very windy roads and a lot of different locations all across central Kentucky and took many months. We lost out on a couple properties and that really upset as first time buyers in the time and budget crunch we were in. Fantastic experience: The more straightforward and more honest, the better it is. My wife and I purchased and sold houses and it was rough due to the inflation. But her opinion truly helped when we made our decisions in both occasions. If you look for someone who wants you to find “home” rather than wanting to sell “house property”, GO THROUGH HER. Update! She had a professional photographer do a video and 30+ pictures of our home that she posted on real estate websites. I can be rather difficult to get along with but she handled me extremely well. Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of buying and selling a home with Michelle. We relocated to Winchester in March of 2020 and the buying process was fantastic. We told Michelle what we were looking for and she brought us to the best options for us. We found a house that we loved, and Michelle had wonderful recommendations for the various projects we did- whether it was replacing a bath tub, needing a locksmith or painting- she has a fantastic network in the area. In November of 2021 my job relocated me back to Southern Kentucky, Michelle listed our house within days and we had 4 offers on day 1!
