Fantastic experience: I reached out to Sheila to help me get my home listed for rent. As a military family, we received short-fused orders and weren’t ready to sell our home. Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my exp with AMR and my agent Samatha H . She helped sell my house of 26 years recently . I must say she went above and beyond her normal duties to sell my place . I took a week out of town before closing and had some damage from hurricane Helene hit my house while I was out of town. She came over and totally had things arranged to get repaired while I was trying to get back . No one does this . WOW she was amazing . From the first day I met her , I just knew she had things under control. Very organized woman. This house sold very fast with her help. Thank you so much Sam. I have to add though - not any issue of hers - but the title company used was a tremendous let down . I would VERY highly recommend Samantha to sell your house.

Negative experience: Despite being on the Do Not Call Registry, I’ve been bombarded with repeated unsolicited texts and calls from this company. After requesting they stop, the harassment continued. This seems to be a recurring issue, based on other reviews. I’ll be reporting them to the FTC, BBB, and the Attorney General’s office for what I believe are fraudulent and unethical business practices.

Fantastic experience: Dustin Branum is an incredible realtor and I recommend him to all my family and friends. He helped my partner and I purchase and sell our first home, then helped us with our current home. We will be using him with any future real estate endeavors.

Negative experience: Total scammers. Reached out through an online website to get info on selling my home. Instead, I got a scam call from Anthony Robinson. Looking through the reviews it doesn’t seem I’m the only one. I see that the company has responded. All of the stats in the world wouldn’t change the fact that They were clearly misleading, condescending, and rude

Negative experience: Cold calling people is unethical to the max. If I want to sell my home, it's not gonna be through these aholes!

Negative experience: Called me out of nowhere saying someone wanted to buy my house for what i was asking for.....my house isn't even for sale. Times must be tough if realtors have to make cold calls

I felt confident putting in an offer based on his recommendations. Justin answered all of my questions thoroughly and timely. I received updates throughout the entire home buying process. I have recommended him to others I know looking to buy and/or sell and I will absolutely count on him in the future when I buy another home!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, didn’t even work with me what so ever! The loan mortgage officer dude whatever is cocky and arrogant good luck on that he mind need some classes on how to talk to people Brad Niccum! Abby and Noah seemed “interested” in my home buying and selling but they was putting on a front. Don’t answer the call from these people they just wanna empty your wallet and fill theirs! Negative experience: Anthony Robinson is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful humans I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my life. This man prefers to be aggressive and abusive with his "Customer Service" approach; instead of taking the time to understand the customer's perspective and working from there. It is for this, his inability to provide comprehensive knowledge, and for his abhorrent behavior that I have opted to terminate my relationship with AMR Real Estate Group LLC. It is honestly amazing this man is able to own and operate a business.

Negative experience: Scummy company that will spam you with calls and texts trying to buy your house. And despite all the replies here saying you have to sign up for communications for them to contact you, that is a complete lie. I have never heard of these people until they harassed me and I finally looked them up. And no, purchasing my information from a 3rd party does not mean I "signed up" to hear from you.

Negative experience: These people won't stop calling me! Lol Does this ever work? Hi, i want to buy your house even though it's not listed and you've never considered it.. and you suddenly realize that, YES, i want to sell my house to an unsolicited stranger that just called me...smh If i wanted to sell my house, i would contact a reputable business. And no ... I've never contacted you, nor anyone else about selling my property, so don't give me the copy/pasted apology, telling me that i have...

Fantastic experience: Great service. Fast and negotiated a great deal

Negative experience: Receive calls almost daily asking me to sell my house. I've told them numerous times I'm not interested and to stop calling me, but they continue to call "just to see if anything changed". I'm pretty sure this is borderline harassment. Today I got an email from them, letting me know that my house sold, and hoping that I enjoyed life wherever I went, and that AMR was happy to do business with me. I've never had any intention of selling my house, or even placed it on the market, as far as I know.

Negative experience: Spam calls trying to get you to sell your home with no information, using vague terms such as "PROPERTY" or leaving a voice mail message that doesn't address to anyone personally, just starting straight in with the spam pitch, very shady tactics. Also calling numbers on a Do Not Call list.

Fantastic experience: If you’re trying to sell your house, AMR is the right choice! I am so happy I went with AMR to sell my house. Selling your home can be hectic but It was an easy and worry free process with them!

Negative experience: Saw an ad on Facebook marketplace for a rental that looked suspect but the pictures were bad so I messaged asking for a tour. I got told to email them. I did and they said they could only do showings for submitted applications. (Why would you submit an application for a place that you haven’t even seen in real life is beyond me). Anyways I called him to ask for better photos and he said “no that’s fine. We have plenty of other people who put in applications” how unprofessional AND rude. For context I put some pictures of the ad down below. Landlords these days are ridiculous. // edit // if this is a “fake review” then you better figure out why other people are using your company name in emails.

Fantastic experience: Very straight forward and easy to work with. Also, saved quite a bit on commissions.

Negative experience: Rude and completely unprofessional. Told me to F off when I told him that I probably would not use his service due to his demeanor towards me. He was very pushy about me selling my house and when I gave him my reasons as to why I didn't want to he became even more rude. I would not reccomend this guy for anyone.

Negative experience: I sold a property to a person that used this realtor. Closing was scheduled for December, closing was delayed at closing Anthony could not be bothered to come to closing or return a call. Just closed today, again not at closing. HE IS Just collecting a commision.

Negative experience: Me and my agent in IN contacted this listing agent for one of the property on Apple Creek Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46235 Me and my agent put down an offer and deposit a without a walk thru property due to tenant in place issue , we agreed to have 10 days to have a walk thru and VR tour check. on the day 7th Anthony never response to our text and email until we call his management officer . Extremely lack of communication , unprofessional . NEVER AGAIN WE PULL BACK OUR OFFER

Fantastic experience: I came to Anthony with a really bad situation and an attitude because I had just been burned with another agent. Anthony took on my property, and me, and got us to a finish line I never thought possible! He stuck it out with me and because of his hard work I ended up getting exactly what I needed. No matter your need, list, purchase, you want Anthony and AMR in your corner. They will take care of you and go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I was recently sent to Anthony from a Co-worker. He raved about how smoothly the home selling process went. So I reached out to Anthony and explained my current situation. Initially I was looking to sell through an investor to make the selling process much quicker and easier. Anthony was more than willing to assist. He gave me a ball park of what investors were offering for homes in my market. I told him I had a certain amount of money that I’d like to make if I were to sell the home. Anthony was extremely transparent, and kept my best interest in mind. He told me to give him two weeks to put the home on the MLS and after that we’d take the investor offer. He told me he felt I was leaving an extra 10-15k on the table by not testing the waters of the MLS. So I gave him two weeks. Less than 24 hours after my home hit the MLS I received an no view offer of 3k over asking price. Let’s just say Anthony delivered on his promise. Not to mention the other 20 people wanting to view for showing. Anthony went above and beyond to get me and my family the most for my home. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and detailed. Also quick to respond to emails, text or calls. Even after normal business hours. I can’t wait to work with Anthony in the next year or two when we build our forever home. Would recommend *****
