Fantastic experience: Anya was such a thoughtful and diligent person in her work to help me purchase my property. She is very much a community minded person where the interest of her client is paramount, with a keen sense of considerations in her locality. The two of us were put in touch by my best friend (they’re neighbors) after Anya was informed that I have been looking for a bare piece of land in the neighborhood to build a home. I was able to share my goals and visions with with Anya and she told me that she had a spot in mind that was unlisted but estimated that would still be fore sale. After some time she was able to get a hold of the seller again and we were able to work things out to begin the process of moving forward in my purchase. Throughout the process we batted around good ideas and possible goofs, she was able to assist me by providing resources to guide me and the seller through the entire process, which smooth despite a few hiccups outside of any of our control. High esteem for Anya.

Fantastic experience: Anya went above and beyond at every opportunity. She shared all the resources that we needed. She staged the house, answered all our questions. What ever was needed, she was there to advise. She arranged the photographer, she helped get the house ready even after the offer was accepted. We used her recommended house cleaner and her recommendation to clear the house out. She is an excellent communicator. She was always very above board and very professional. Bottom line: she got the job done for us, and she can get it done for youu. Thank you Anya, a thousand times.

Fantastic experience: The type of service we got from Jackie Mayo herself was far beyond what we expected. It was more like doing business with a loving family member. She always had our best interests in mind and guided us through the smallest detail mindful of our particular situation. Nothing got by her, especially the complicated and complex network of paperwork involved in buying and selling homes. She has an air about her that just makes you so comfortable around her. She made herself available to us without any complaints or a feeling of us disturbing her in any way. Always available via text, email or calling and talking. She is a true lady and a professional who can be trusted to take care of all your needs. I highly(without any reserve) recommend Jackie Mayo to anyone who wants results quickly in her business.

Fantastic experience: In a seller's market so hot The Seattle Times wrote feature articles about how to buy a house, it really, really matters who you work with to find a new home. I could not be happier with The Mayo Home Team; I am 1000% sure I was in the best possible hands through the entire process. With Jacki Mayo, you get the total package of hard and soft skills. She has a deep knowledge of the region, the current market, and how to negotiate to either secure the house over other offers or secure needed repairs and changes. But she also has the caring, consideration, and empathy that make a tough process pleasant, and she absolutely goes the extra mile every day. When I changed my mind about seeing a house I'd rejected, she met me there an hour later -- on a Sunday. And when she needed to go out of town for a day, she paired me with a member of her team who was every bit as wonderful as she was. She listens well to your needs and concerns, and gives great advice. Like I said, I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: The Mayo Team puts in a whole-family effort to make your real estate goals come true. They went so far above and beyond for us, it is almost unbelievable! My wife and I give the highest recommendations to you for the Mayo Team. They exceeded our expectations!

She showed us numerous properties and went out of her way to accommodate our schedules. She was also ready and was able to act immediately to write an offer when we found the house we wanted to purchase.
