Fantastic experience: Jesse, Brandon, and the South County Realty team have been great to work with. They helped us sell my mother’s home in 2023 during a very emotional time, and we really appreciated their patience, support, and how they always took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. Because of that experience, we worked with them again in 2025/2026 when they helped us buy our new home and sell our old one. Having a team we trusted made the whole process much less stressful, and we’re very grateful for their professionalism and care.

He is everything you are looking for in a realtor- personable, on-time, professional, organized and most of all, he treats you like you’re his only client. My husband and I we’re looking to buy a house in Ashland but houses were going under contract in 24 hours. After looking at a few houses, Jesse knew exactly what we wanted. Fantastic experience: When we decided it was time to sell our beloved home and acreage, we listed with a different agency. After that contract expired, with little to no interest, we made the decision to hire Brandon Glascock as our agent. He immediately came to visit and took several wonderful pictures of our home. The pictures and description was posted on the website and other social media venues. It wasn’t long before the place started showing, sometimes more than once a day. Since we had a unique home and acreage, we knew it would take some time to find the right buyer.
