Fantastic experience: Such an awesome place! The location is perfect—we could literally just walk right out the door and be on the hiking trails in a few minutes. It was incredibly nice to find a place that is so genuinely pet friendly, which made traveling with our pup completely stress-free. The house itself is great, super comfortable, and it even has a fun little game room to hang out in. On top of that, management was super responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Hands down one of our best stays in Sedona. Would absolutely come back again!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Casa de Arboles and it was perfect. We traveled as a group and the layout gave everyone space, the main house for gathering and the private casita for whoever wanted quiet. Four distinct living areas meant nobody was on top of each other, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook together. Mornings on the patio with the red rock views were unbeatable, and the hot tub at night was a dream. Immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and tucked in a peaceful neighborhood close to trails and town. One of the best stays we’ve had in Sedona. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful, new, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. Every detail has been considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. And the views are simply unbeatable! Clara and her team were wonderful to work with, always responsive and quick to answer any questions. Accessing the home was incredibly easy, and having the option to use the garage was a nice added convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Sedona. We absolutely loved this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat. It will be our first choice when we return to Sedona!

Fantastic experience: "Honestly was the perfect house for our family. Right amount of sleeping space, living space and a perfect homeschooling table. The giant tub in the master bath brought a lot of joy with the fun bubble baths! Our dog was able to roam the front gated area without concerns of her escaping which put an ease to our minds. Thank you! The only thing that was wrong was the dishwasher was broken and I think the washer tub wasn't balanced (banged a lot). But overall and wonderful stay! "

Fantastic experience: Clara’s Sedona rental was AMAZING! The house looked even better than the photos. It was impeccably clean. We appreciated having freshly ground coffee each morning. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful, clean and only a few steps from the bedroom. The views are incredible and words cannot describe how majestic the red rocks are. This place is private. There is lush greenery surrounding the home, yet ample sunshine. I kept the blinds open and let the sun rise over the rocks wake me every day. Clara was very easy to communicate with. I would hands down stay here again. Wish we had stayed even longer.

Fantastic experience: This location was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, well-appointed. The kitchen is roomy and has the appliances you need (probably more than you need). There are two lovely gathering spots - the living room, with gas fireplace, and the outdoor shaded patio. The neighborhood is quiet (away from the hustle bustle of Sedona), friendly (so many people waved to us!), and conveniently located. This is a great choice - I'll book again next time I'm planning a trip to this area.

Fantastic experience: My daughters and I stayed at the Winners Circle in Sedona. This was the most amazing place I have ever stayed!!! Clara, the host very responsive for the few questions we had. The views are great, the interior design is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The master bathroom has a rain showerhead AND a regular shower head positioned so you can have both on and feel like you are in a waterfall. It is so big we often got "lost", lol. There is a game room with a pool table and assorted board games. The location is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend this property!!!

The Airbnb was 25 minutes away from slide rock . To add on Clara was very helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner! Thank you again Clara for letting us rent your beautiful home !

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Sedona Premier house in May 2025. We stay in VRBOs on all vacations and without a doubt this was the best house we've ever stayed in. I judge VRBOs by view and cleanliness and this one was 100% on both. You literally have the best view in all of Sedona with a pool/hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking. Decks everywhere and the game room with pool table, shuffleboard, foozball, chess table, etc. was a nice touch too.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at this property was unbeliveable and the service experience with Clara and Sedona Premier was top notch. The property is stunning, even bigger than what the pictures show. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and close to everything. The property is clean, well stocked with so many extras and extremely well taken care of. Clara and the property management team were proactive in reaching out, sending information on restaurants and other activities and responsive when I asked questions. I would stay at this property over and over again - it is a GEM!! And I would definitely work with this property management company in the future - top notch!!

Fantastic experience: We spent a week at the property at the end of March-3 generations, 6 adults and 6 kids (3-15) and it was like being at our own private boutique resort! The location was 1 block from a trail for hiking, an easy walk to nearby amenities (BoSa Donuts!). Every side of the property had activities, pool was lovely with the hot tub, firepit, grill and sauna. Lots of places to enjoy our family from putting contests on the green to playing tag with the toddler on the sand volleyball pit. The house was clean and well equipped, really appreciated all the kitchen equipment as we cooked nearly all of our meals while visiting. We had a couple of technical issues but they were quickly remedied and Clara was easy to reach.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Sedona Premier Properties Ravens Rock house. The house is very unique and has 360 degree views of the mountains. The house is appointed nicely and has everything you need to cook, entertain and enjoy the beautiful mountain setting.

Fantastic experience: We visited Sedona for both work and play with 2 kids and the Sedona Sunscape home was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone, a kitchen with the right amenities, and overall just a very clean and easy place to use as our home for the weekend. One reason I will be returning to this home is because of how close this home is to restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance and there are a significant amount of options to satisfy about any taste. I suggest trying out the 3lb cinnamon roll from Red Rock Cafe. There is many restaurant options nearby, and to top it off you are close to the trails. The garage is nice and provides plenty of space to bring bikes to take off on the trails. I took my road bike out and was able to get to the downtown within 20 minutes via bike. Another benefit of the Village of Oak Creek area is the traffic isn't as backed up like the further into Sedona. This home is a perfect launching point for adventure and relaxation. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Sacred Cliffs property and it is really amazing, plus the Sedona Premier group was really nice. Since arrival, they welcome you with a manual of the house with the rules, wifi passwords and how to use the appliances. The house is big and spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, from pantry items to coffee and tea. They supplied enough towels for everyone and had laundry room with detergent. The house had a great room to exercise with weights, yoga mats and a pilates bed. But the best of all were the stunning views, you could really appreciate the mountains and being able to chill at the fire pit, the hot tub or the hammock was amazing. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: This place was absolutely beautiful. The place was perfect for a girl trip, close to downtown Sedona area and with beautiful views of the red rocks. The place was well equipped with essentials and comfortable and Clara, the host was very accessible and helpful .. to add to my experience, I love coffee and the coffeemaker provided made my weekend . It was overall a great location in a peaceful and pleasant area close to hiking trails and many restaurants. I would definitely love to return again.

Fantastic experience: The home was laid out perfectly for two couples. It was immaculate inside and out, and everything we needed to live in the home was thoughtfully provided. It was located in an extremely quiet neighbourhood that was a short drive to dining, shopping and groceries. Regionally it was in a good location too allowing us to visit that area of Arizona, Winslow, Sedona, the Grand Canyon and more.

Fantastic experience: Vista Bonita was the perfect house for me, my wife and another couple. Hot Tub with view, great hikes from house, very clean, great kitchen, peaceful sitting back porch to name a few. Location is near everything Sedona has to offer. Easy walk to Up Town Sedona Shopping and Food. Can’t recommend it enough for a memorable Sedona trip.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Sedona Adobe Oasis w/ Pool & Spa from 9/7/24-9/14/24 and had a wonderful time. The home is well taken care of and very clean. All of the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. The home is centrally located with easy access to trails, shops and restaurants in Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek.

So many activities, the decor was stunning, and there was plenty of room for all of my family/friends. They house has high ceilings and lots of space. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything we needed. The hot tub and rooftop deck were nice bonuses too. Thanks Clara, for a great stay!

Fantastic experience: Loved staying at Clara's Juniper Retreat house. It was perfect for an intimate, transformative retreat and had the best views, and is close enough to Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock and their trails. The house was cool enough on a hot day, and spacious enough for 15 people, with a great pool, a deck and all the other amenities. Clara is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home.
