Fantastic experience: Austin was amazing, we looked at several homes with no luck but no loss of faith on Austin's side knowing we would find something. Austin met us a the Bethel Lake House and walked thru with us. This home was an older home with that country feel that stole both mine and my wife's hearts. Austin used his vast experience to work with the sellers realtor and made sure we did not miss out on this dream home. Negative experience: I would not recommend using Allie as a real estate agent for your home or commercial property listings. We contracted with Allie to list for families commercial property. I was recommended by a family friend to use Allie and her real estate company, however after hearing of my experience she will not be referring her to others in the area. Allie never contacted me ONCE or her office staff!!!!!!. If I had a question or follow-up on status of property I had to call and wait for her to return my call. Also, she never put a sign on the property and I was told personally by her how much the sign cost and that her employee had installed it earlier in the week. I can assure you the sign was not displayed because we drove by the property once a month while under contract with the real estate company and it was not there. My experience with Allie and her real estate team was POOR with her reliability and communication skills!

Negative experience: Sellers beware! Our home is for sale with another realtor and we still live in our home (we have furniture, food, shampoo bottles, etc....it is very clear that our home is NOT vacant). Jeff Rutledge came into our home on 11/1 without permission and without an appointment, did not identify himself and said he was there to inspect the basement...after complaining to our realtor, she told us he was realtor and that it will not happen again. On 11/2, my husband was on an important phone call and had to tell the person on the phone to hold because someone was breaking into our home...again it was Jeff without an appointment and without permission entering our home. He has shown lack of respect of our home, privacy and safety. He is no longer welcome on our property...unless he were to officially introduce himself and sincerely apologize.
