Fantastic experience: My husband and I met with Mark Evans and we highly recommend him. He is a great agent! SUPER friendly and outgoing. Made us feel really comfortable and listened to what my husband and I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate in the Williamsburg area. With us having such a a big family we were asking all about school districts and he helped us so much figure out the best neighborhoods!

Fantastic experience: Bought and sold through this real estate firm. Phenomenal service provided by Jim Sadler. Ask for him by name if you want someone to help you buy or sell while feeling like they are as invested as you.

Negative experience: Beth Mueller, property manager, is the most dishonest, unprofessional and lacking property manager with which I have ever dealt. Beth offers only dishonesty and deceit. I'm pretty surprised actually. My parents bought their first house through Century 21. Is this the type of people they employ now? If so, what a shame. It was a quick move in for me and she took full advantage of it. When I moved out, she charged me for damages that already existed. Not to mention that she missed the time and day that we previously scheduled for the final walk through inspection. She knew it was during my work week and costs me hours of pay but she held that in no regard. Refusing to do a weekend day because she was off. She took lots of pictures when I moved out. When I asked her for the pictures that she took before I moved in, she refused to provide anything. When I asked her to provide me with a day that I could fix any discrepancies she found, she refused to let me back on the property to correct any. When I told her I will hold the keys until I fix them, she told me that she would charge me another months rent if I didn't give them to her then and there, on the spot. This lady personifies the definition of the word crook. I will be sure to update this post about the results of legal actions being taken against Century 21 Nachman and Beth Mueller. From personal experience, you'd be better off in a tent than renting from this lady.

Negative experience: My girlfriend rents from them and Beth Mueller is the most unprofessional property manager I ever met, she’s terrible. She’s a Liar and completely unprofessional, never gets anything fixed. No wonder she has nothing but negative reviews on here. I can’t believe this woman still has a job in this field. She should be waitressing at Dick’s Last Resort Restaurant, that’s the perfect job for her.

Fantastic experience: I had no hot water and within hour on a Sunday they had someone out and fixed within 30 minutes. Beth is the best!

Negative experience: Rented through them for almost 4 years. Ended it when they wanted the new lease signed but wouldn't agree to do repairs or reimburse me for a $345 dollar microwave I bought to replace the old one that broke. At one point we went without a fridge for a month and a half, went with a broken stove for a year, a dishwasher that didn't work properly, and when the heat pump went bad (in the middle of winter) we went without heat for a week. They'll tell you what you want to hear to shut you up. Especially beth We moved on. Stay clear.

Fantastic experience: Amy Clagett helped us find the perfect home as first time home buyers! We were able to get a great price and she always took the time to take us to numerous viewings until we found the one. We will work with Amy again the next time we move!

Fantastic experience: We had been spending several months working with Joanne and it was a very pleasant experience working with her on our recent home purchase. She was very responsive to each text and email regarding our questions and doing her best to get with the other realtor in this transaction to answer any questions and she also kept up with any updates from the seller as well. I would recommend her her to anyone looking.

Fantastic experience: Joanne Kowalczyk was very response to our needs. We were miles away in upstate New York and she helped us sell our property in Williamsburg, VA doing all the local leg work. Our property was additionally difficult to sell since it was locate in a development that restricted access from the public and she could not post a for sale sign. Fantastic experience: Joanne Kowalczyk of CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty is a rock star. We were relocated to the Virginia Peninsula and was connected to Joanne through NFCU. Best thing that ever happened to us during the move. She knows the area very well and was able to focus our 'shopping' to very specific areas which made the most of our time we had. Always available to talk and pre-screen houses for us. She knows her market and AOR and will do right by you! I have high standards and have have dealt with several agents over the years, Joanne has been the best! Call her if moving to or out of the historic triangle !

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed working with Joanne Kowalczyk in the selling of my home in Newport News,Va. She did all the work in getting the house fixed up to sell because I lived out of state and was not able to do the work.She also help me with estate sell to get all the belonging out of the house and that was great. It only took a few days once the house went up for sale and it was sold. I just still want to Thank her for all her hard work .

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased our Williamsburg home that was listed by Century 21 Nachman Realty. Amy Clagett was a fantastic seller's agent. She worked so well with our agent that purchasing our home a breeze. The communication between our Realtors, who had not worked together previously, was top notch. Every question we asked that needed to be relayed to the sellers was answered promptly and thoroughly by Amy. I met her a few times at the property for different things we needed and immediately felt as comfortable around her as I did with my own much loved agent, which doesn't always happen. I would definitely recommend working with Amy, whether buying or selling. She went above and beyond in working to ensure that everyone was happy and felt good about our transaction, from start to finish. We've never had such a positive buying experience. Thank you, Amy!

Fantastic experience: I am in my third year of renting from Century21 Nachman Realty, and have been very satisfied. Beth Mueller is an excellent property manager. She has always been responsive and accommodating for every need I've had regarding the property. Having never rented from a property manager - always private owners - I was wary to rent from a faceless organization, yet Beth did a stellar job at establishing and maintaining a personal connection which quickly assuaged my apprehension. With the prospect of moving to a new property, my hope is to find one managed by Century21 so I may continue my relationship with them.

Fantastic experience: Amy Clagett has represented us on multiple real estate transactions- as buyers and sellers. We keep going back to her because she’s so on top of all aspects of the buying and selling process. She’s a fantastic negotiator and thinks of things we’d never even know to ask for or know we even needed. What’s also great is she’s so full service- for example, she knows great contractors and has shared some really great advice on things that has saved us so much money in the long run. The icing on the cake is she’s just a fantastic person to get to know and you feel like she’s got your best interest at heart because she truly cares about us and making sure we are happy buyers and sellers. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Then she expertly guided us through the closing process, suggesting quality partners to make the transaction smooth. Fantastic experience: Have been using the Williamsburg C21 Property Management services for over 2 years and have no complaints. They quickly let me know when issues arise and allow me to decide how to move forward with repairs. Beth and Lynda are very efficient at responding to emails. My rental house has never been without a quality renter.

Fantastic experience: Jackie Berberabe was a great help in locating and processing our 3 home purchases over the past 14 yrs. She is very responsive in communicating and is calm and confident with her responses. We found that she has our best interest at heart and advised us of all concerns and procedures while understanding the final decision is ours to make. Jackie is friendly, authentic and professional in her interactions with us. She always had the proper paperwork and reviewed it with us in detail. Most importantly Jackie wanted to be sure we found a home that fit our family best and not simply settle for what is available. Sometimes that meant looking at many, many, homes, but she was not discourage. Jackie added us to a "hot list" so that the moment a home went on the market we would be notified. It made all the difference in locating our latest home purchase.

Positive experience: Could be better

Negative experience: I have been trying to contact them through multiple avenues for weeks about a couple properties to rent. Never received a response. Fortunately, it seems I was lucky after reading the horrible reviews on here

Negative experience: Applied for a townhouse still listed as available. Beth let me know someone had already applied and been approved, but she acted as if the applicant had ghosted and wasn’t getting back to them. As soon as I paid the application fee, it was near impossible to get in touch with Beth to get any information. All my application did was get the new people in sooner, and she would not return my ($130) application fee because “it could be applied to their other properties”, despite those other properties being about $600 more a month, or in dangerous parts of the city. Stay far away. They’ll take your money and ignore you.

Negative experience: Never fixed anything timely or at all. Especially for the amount we paid in rent.

Negative experience: Nothing gets done. They promise to make repairs and never do. They are hard to get a hold of. They truly don't care about their properties.

Negative experience: Property Management more like just pay us and we will lie to you. Nothing about this office is professional they will say anything. Charged for repairs that were never made and never made repairs needed. I can go on, best bet stay away, far away. Owners beware not owner friendly!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: This century 21 is selling a house next to my dads. The description is completely a lie. The Agent knows the basement leaks and fills with water when ever it rains but will only show the house on days it does not rain and will not inform buyers the basement leaks. Also says an additional acre is sold with the home that turns out to be more like a half an acre. They even give a legal description of the lot witch the county says does not exist. The plat they are going off of is over 60 years old no current survey... Also says the home has all new windows by window world when in fact all they did was wrap the sash. I have lost my faith in century 21 completely when I realized what scammers they are... Get a home inspector and demand an up to date survey when dealing with this century21 office.

Negative experience: So unprofessional! I wanted to rent a townhome, she didn't show up for an appointment. WOW
