Negative experience: Worse realtor to work with! Remember to always keep notes on her, text and any emails. She doubles her commission and likes homes selling over 400k. She should retire!

Fantastic experience: Our realtor Emily has been absolutely incredible from the beginning of our search for a home and property through the sale and closing, as well as hanging in there with us when unforeseen issues came up. Even though the closing was at the end of August Emily went over and above anything she needed to do and made sure that all issues were taken care of and resolved. Fantastic experience: We and Emily were “in the trenches” together through an extremely difficult real estate and escrow situation. She was beside us every step of the way, with smiling good humor. We were searching for a new home because ours was destroyed in the Archie Creek Fire, so we were experiencing a lot of stress. Emily is so friendly and amiable and easy to get along with that we immediately felt at ease and trusted her considerable experience. The market was tight, with very few properties available. Emily was very responsive, which was so important in such a tight market. Whenever something came on the market, she immediately moved mountains to allow us to look at it ASAP. We had hard decisions and compromises to make, and Emily never pushed her own opinion, but when we’d ask, she would honestly tell us how she saw it. When we finally found a property after months of looking, a complicated escrow took almost 3 months and tested everyone from realtors to surveyor to lawyers. Throughout all of this, Emily was calm and professional, honest and forthright. She is extremely knowledgeable about Douglas County, the local real estate, and about the real estate process in general. But this sale threw unusual situations at everyone, and when Emily wasn’t familiar with something she was willing to say so, and then to step up and learn and keep the process moving. With Emily, we felt that we had a friend who was experienced and knowledgeable to guide us through the minefields. Emily more than earned her commission on this one! We would use her again and we definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Emily has gone out of her way to ensure we were shown great homes, of which one we fell in love with and purchased. She not only assisted us long distance (we were moving from another state) she also helped us after the sale. We are several months after the sale and needed her assistance, she was happy to stop by and provide guidance. Being new in town, we asked her recommendation of local people and businesses we needed. Everyone of her recommendations have turned out to be the best at what they do and provide quality service. Plumbing, electrical and handyman especially! The previous owner left a lot of items that were garbage and a lot of garbage in the shed. We repeatedly requested through the previous owner's relator for the items to be removed. After a couple of months, Emily took it upon herself and found someone to come and clean up everything! She cares about her clients, we were very grateful. She cares about people, providing quality service with professional and accurate results. You can count on her word. The entire office is like the cherry on top - a great team! Fantastic experience: I worked directly with Aaron Daniel and he was great. I was out of state at the time and helped with everything from meeting my parents at the house to show them to coordinating with the previous owner's who their flood insurance agent was so I could save some money on the policy.
