Fantastic experience: Have known the staff for well over 20 years, I’ve done closings at their offices and they were great every time. I’m hoping to get a call from them soon on a multi family property I’m looking to buy so I hope they have their best agent reach out to me so that I can do another closing with you guys!

He set up showings at many many houses. Maybe not the most he has gone to with a single buyer but maybe close. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Palmer Realty Group more! Drew is a tireless worker. Despite being an hour and a half away from our house, he was present at almost all showings. He kept us informed of all feedback and his knowledge of the market is exceptional. As an extra piece in his arsenal, he has experience as a home inspector, so when buying a house, any issues are spotted on the first visit, saving a lot of heartache later on.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had an excellent experience with Drew Hufnagel and his staff. We contacted Drew some time ago (a year?) as different members of our family were looking to move back to Maine and there were some properties of interest. He has been so helpful and responsive, has kept track of the many different details and timelines associated with each person’s search. At one point we stalled our search as we were away for a bit and some plans were up in the air….when I contacted him again he was ready to help. I think realtors deal with a lot of ‘tire kicking’ they do not get paid for, he is always pleasant, ready with resources and a helpful ‘local’ perspective on important things for folks moving to the area. Finally found the perfect house for one of our family members, in fact we purchased without seeing it because he viewed it on our behalf, we discussed at length and we trusted him, he handled everything. He had turned us away from several properties because he felt like they weren’t right for us…didn’t just try to sell us something. His no pressure vibe and his knowledge are the things that have been most important. I wouldn’t use any other realtor in Western Maine, I have no hesitation in recommending Drew.

Negative experience: Did not protect me from an unqualified buyer which to go through with my house sale I had to help the buyers to pay their closing costs. Drew's an arrogant bully and made my house sale very unpleasant

Fantastic experience: We had a unique situation in that we weren’t able to travel to view homes for sale including the home we wanted to buy. Drew went above and beyond to help us make good decisions in this situation including video walk-throughs, promptly finding answers to all our questions and by giving sound advice bridged by his knowledge from prior experience as a contractor. When it came time to buy, Drew handled all aspects of the buying process including setting up and being available for all inspections, negotiating having the furnace serviced and repaired and negotiating having a whole home arsenic filtration system installed, all paid for by the sellers. Not only do we completely love our new home but it is even better than we expected. They are all so courteous, friendly and always treated us like we were family not just clients.
