Fantastic experience: Clauida (Nickie) Trunnel made selling my house extremely easy, She was referred to me from an agent in Crestone. There was never a time that I didn't know where I was in the process. The house was in an isolated area in the San Luis Valley and i wasn't sure if it would sell in a timely manner but Nickie got it on the market and it sold in 40 some days. I was so impressed. What made it more impressive is that I live in Hawaii and I was unable to get up to Colorado but Nickie handled every detail and I felt as if I was there. What a relief to have had her at that time. I was nervous when I first put the house on the market due to factors in the real estate market. Nickie was such a positive person that somehow I knew she was the right agent. She took care of every single little detail and she did it so happily. I live s o far away that there were some big things I needed help with and she was there for me. Fantastic experience: Our family worked with Nickie Trunnell to purchase a home in Alamosa and had an excellent experience with her. We were coming from out of state and she was very helpful in showing us homes remotely at the beginning of our search. Eventually, we were able to do on-site visits, and she was an excellent resource in working through our many questions about schools, areas of town, utility providers, etc. The closing process was seamless. Overall, she made a very stressful process much easier to manage as she was very responsive to calls and texts, getting answers to our questions, and working with the seller. And now that we've been in town for a few months, she continues to be a helpful resource within the community.

Negative experience: Don't let them hire tyler watts as the inspector,he has no idea Charlton he is doing. Do to his so called inspection I had my house under contract and they scared them away. Don't trust them or there inspectors. I tried to call them to talk with them, they took my first call and then blocked me! Vary unprofessional! They don't care about you or anybody, they just are interested in a fast sale. I lost out on the sale of my house do to there lack of back bone and having good certified inspectors that really know what they are talking about. Don't use porter realty they have 0 integrity!!!!

Negative experience: Don't work with 40 yr old felon. Worried about credit not if you can pay bills. Not paying medical bills doesn't show I don't pay my bills on time. But dope dealers are ok to rent to. Not truck drivers
