Fantastic experience: Lauren Reich-Chapman is a fantastic realtor. Not only does she care about her clients, she communicates so well. She explained things anytime we had questions and was always willing to lend an ear through any worries that came up. If you want a realtor that truly cares, works endlessly to do everything in her power to make this process easier, and goes above and beyond..she is your girl. We learned so much from her and though we started this journey as strangers, I’m grateful to now call her friend.

Negative experience: I'm from California and uh, Gray real. Estate, it's the worst thing place you could ever rent or buy from. They are low level scam artists that try to get every dollar out of every customer that they deal with I've paid my rent and paid all my fees as they requested.And they still come at me to get more money out of me. Don't be fooled by these people.They are scam artists.

Fantastic experience: Moving can be stressful, especially when moving from out of state. That's why it is important to have a smooth and easy application process. Gray Real Estate has just that. One would think that a smooth and easy application process would be enough but not Gray Real Estate. At Gray Real Estate, they truly take time to go the extra mile. I never felt rushed whenever I would call or text. The person on the other end consistently demonstrated patience, kindness, and a genuine interest in what I had to say. That should be enough, right? Nope. Not with Gray Real Estate, they continued to deliver top rate customer care even after I signed on the dotted line. There are so many more positive things that I could say, but there just isn't enough space. Gray Real Estate is a ***** 5 star experience for sure.

Negative experience: I heard that this real estate agency is creditable, highly recommended etc. I’m here to inform you that is not the case. I have done my research & I have found several properties, especially 304 w main in Asher. To be ran down, trash everywhere & the property value isn’t what it’s been charged for. Plus there is big dogs there and the animals are ruining other peoples yards, they refuse to fix things. So if you use them really check the property and the people around them.

Negative experience: Definitely don’t expect a quick response from the Maintenance people. If you message them about an issue more than once on separate occasions because the issue hasn’t been fixed they won’t respond. Been having this issue with them lately and it’s quite frustrating. I haven’t had much trouble with the actually realtor team though they have been great.

Negative experience: They take forever to get back to you. Both times I have applied through them it took about a month to hear back from them. By that time all the good homes were taken

Negative experience: Just bad service overall. I paid a $25 application fee, just to have them refuse to contact my past landlords. Missed out on a nice apartment because they wouldn't do their job.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. Only gave it one star because it made me give atleast one to continue. They won't talk on the phone, they text eventually, then just stop communicating when they feel like it. They don't answer the questions that you're asking. All they want is to nickel and dime you to death. Send us your money, so we can make more reasons why we can't assist you, oh, and everything will be nonrefundable. There are plenty of real-estate places that actually assist you, to get you to where you are going. Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this pathetic place. I called Active Realtors once, and got further with them in 10 minutes, than I did here in a week. It's sad places like this even exist.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I needed to sell my brothers property (he passed), long distant from the San Antonio area. I called Gray Real Estate, Julie Taylor picked up the phone and went to work. She took care of everything from having the house cleaned to selling a vehicle for me to working with the probate attorney and yes, selling the house. I am extremely impressed to say the least! Losing a family member is rough. Julie made it bearable. I consider myself fortunate to have done business with her. Thanks Julie for everything!
